- This simple outdoor chair is made with limited tools from the pallet sofa that I made two years ago for my patio. Since we didn't use it often and it's quite big, it was time to make something more appealing for our yard from it.

Thanks Don! It is very hard to get her in front of the camera. I might try to build her a 3rd/ new dog house. She was in the Shedding tool video and the Dog feed station video. But those are also pretty old videos.
lol - 15 years ago I had a dog that HATED cameras. I don't know why, or how he knew what it was, but as soon as you pointed a camera at him he'd turn away or run out of the room!
Hahaha! She is not that bad. But she is like a child. You can't take a somewhat acceptable picture of her.

Good idea. At my country not so many pallet can found. But somehow I managed to get 1 and transformed it to become 3 level shoes rack in only 30 minutes with only 3 simple tools. I mean by manual tools. First I found that the wood so hard to take apart but I tried used some puncher and hammer, its become more easier and all the wood still in good condition. I would like to try more idea from this video for my next home project. Pallet should be reused.

Thank you! Yeah beside the few nail holes that I couldn't hide it looks like regular pine. But the benefit with pallets is that they are heat treated so they should last longer than regular pine

Great looking pair of chairs! Love the mayonnaise glue bottle - we use mustard bottles in our shop 😁 also you make sanding look very relaxing we’ll have to try your technique 👍🏼👍🏼

Nice build but I think that you could use half lap joint in some joints which could make it nicer and stronger .
Thanks! I wanted to make it as easy as possible with the least amount of time spent on these. I’m not sure if it’s worth the trouble because the pallet slats are just 20mm thick and that would make the half laps pretty weak since the screws would only grab into 10mmwood.
