excellent video - love the tip with getting tilt right by using the hands. Great content as usual, and particularly like the knee tap for proper tilt at setup. You guys surely know the golf swing better than I ever will, but it seems like the takeaway is more that differences at setup cause a difference in impact position more than the swings being fundamentally “ different” from each other. Agree? That idea would be reassuring to me because I want to build ONE, repeatable swing that works across all ball positions and clubs rather than feeling like I have club dependent swings.

Eric, Great videos, all a cut above what I’ve seen elsewhere. I’ve played the game for thirty-five years and am still confused by the driver swing. Seen from overhead, the swing path is an arc; so with ball placed further up in your stance for the driver why hasn’t the club begun to turn back in too soon, before the ball has even been reached? I hope that’s clear. Put another way, if you drew an arc and put a dot where the ball for an iron shot is on that arc and them, without changing the arc, moved the dot forward, it, the dot, would no longer be on the swing path at all. Capisce? So you have to make some adjustment. I just don’t know what that adjustment is, and my drives, I’m afraid, reflect that.
That is assuming your body is in the same place it started What happens when you body is rotated toward the target? Where do the hands go? Driver ball more forward to change the vertical angle of attack to more up... You will be hitting up and slightly left on the arc ....unless you move your swing direction more right (which many players do with setup more closeD)
Hi Eric. Could you clarify something for me with respect the the irons. Marty said it's a ""push and turn"" which seems different to me than a golf "swing" (ie arms swinging). Is there a difference? Thanks

Eric, One thing you guys did not talk enough about ;) When you initiate your downswing, I notice that your legs (knees) move in opposite directions. In other words, you attempt to “sit down”. Why is he straightened his rt leg on the back swing with the driver and if you lead with the shoulder downward in the downswing you are automatically setting the club to come over the top with a dead pull to the right... Just saying your tips aren't that helpful for some are creating more issues... Like the one about keeping the clubface square to the arc though.
The ability to get swing feedback, access to all of the masterclasses and over 100+ videos not on youtube or anywhere else. The real value is the facebook community in my opinion....getting swing feedback and getting in community conversations.
Excellently demonstrated and from a mechanical science standpoint it makes good food for thought if you can integrate it into your swing.

No such thing as driver vs iron swing.
Ball position is the only variable.
There’s just one swing.
And the downswing sequence at 12:00 is incorrect.
At 13:18, you early extended due to an incorrect downswing sequence.
You lost at least 7 mph club head speed from that initial move.
Thanks for your feedback, Scott!
I’m bummed out here in Wisconsin !!! The golf season is over !!! It’s cold up here !!! 😰😰😰

Thanks!
Attaboys!
:)
You should use an amateur vs someone who already knows what they are doing
Agreed that's a good idea
Why is he straightened his rt leg on the back swing with the driver and if you lead with the shoulder downward in the downswing you are automatically setting the club to come over the top with a dead pull to the right... Just saying your tips aren't that helpful for some are creating more issues... Like the one about keeping the clubface square to the arc though.
Thanks for the feedback, Joe!
what is the difference between all your videos on youtube vs what I'd be paying for on your site?
The ability to get swing feedback, access to all of the masterclasses and over 100+ videos not on youtube or anywhere else.
The real value is the facebook community in my opinion....getting swing feedback and getting in community conversations.
Looks likes a very complicated swing lesson
Thanks for the feedback-sorry about that!
He loves that.
Lol!
just a fun fact that guy behind you keeps putting lip balm or vaseline on his driver after evey swing lol
:)
that is not true, swing up with driver and deloft it. Would creat a spinloft close to 0. Not true at all. People please dont listen to this!
Thanks for the feedback!
