I don't have an issue with the age gap. It's the actors who have huge age gap, not the characters. Rachel and Gar did actually look like they are few years apart plus they aren't first actors who play love interest who have a huge age gap and they won't be the last. Drew Seeley was 28 and Selena Gomez was only 15 when they play loved interest in Another Cinderella Story. Then there is Jackie and Kelso. Allison and Emily had their first kiss when Sasha was like 12 and Shay 23. The most they would probably do with them is the kiss until at least the actress is 17/18

In one of the comics version, she is a straight-up villain and never saw the titans as their friends. In other version she is either a hero/anti-hero, were she does care about the titans. As for Raven she never liked Terra, it is not bc of Beastboy it's because she could sense Terra's dark energy.
There not actually putting Terra in the show because the only reason Terra was a thing was cause of the Judas contract and there using Rose for that in the show.
This is one thing I like about the show. Since the actress who plays Raven is underage, what the writers did was write a more friends to lovers storyline for the characters. That's great as they get to know each other before we see them as a couple. I know we have to have a season when Terra comes in. But it's going to be great to see how Raven acts to this.
I ship them so much but it might not happen, cos the actress that plays Rachel is 16 and the actor that plays gar is like probably 22 or 23 now ( it makes me upset but I couldn’t imagine anyone else playing them)
i am really a big fan of the marvel comics, that’s why i didn’t imagine myself ever wandering to DC. but this series really tied me down real good. this is the first thing i saw outside the famous ones like the justice league and let me just say how freaking great it is to have a live action of the so called sidekicks and to be able to see them progress outside their confinements. my personal favorites are rachel and gar, i love that their relationship is the slow burn type in contrast of jason and rose. i’d like to see more character development tho and some more fight scenes for the titans as a group in season 3. i’d love to see the young characters tackle more of their abilities, especially like gar, to see him shift into other animals not just a tiger. i really look forward to titans’ season 3!!! 😩

Honestly, I wanna say something right now. I have always shipped Bbrae. Even before this. Now, I get it people have different opinions and people either ship Rachel and Damian or they ship Gar and Terra. And some people say that Rachel doesn't deserve Gar or maybe that Gar doesn't deserve Rachel. And in a way I do get it. But they're a cute couple. You gotta admit. And ik they fight like siblings in some ways, but honestly the way they look at each other in the show and their holding hands and their one hug and the way they help each other. It is just so cute honestly. And I get the age gap, but it honestly shouldn't matter since the characters are the ones being shipped. And when you're 18 it is legal. So they possibly will make them a couple. I mean to me it's already obvious. I will fight always for Rachel and Gar! I love them so much! Ik Rachel can be a bit much but she is the daughter of a villain. But like Gar said, she is NOTHING like her father. And ik that their relationship has been complicated. But in reality that is what I like about their relationship. And friendship. Is that it is realistic. Most relationships and friendships are complicated. But honestly let's be real. Their friendship and soon turned relationship was so worth the wait. They're canon. And I get that Damian and Rachel were canon at one time too, but let's be real, Starfire and Robin all the way! And honestly especially in here because they make it that way, I see Robin as like the father towards Rachel and Gar. Especially Rachel. And Starfire as the mom. Mainly With Rachel. I mean Rachel and Gar did have that moment where they both said that those two were like their parents. Mainly Rachel since Gar already has a family of his own. The Doom Patrol. He already has a mom figure in there. Robin is honestly the dad towards everyone if I am being real here. Main point is, Bbrae will always be real and I will fight for that ship no matter what! They're canon. And even throughout their friendship besides their relationship, it's clear that these two care very deeply about the other. Which is what I love. I am so obsessed with this ship I just love them so much! Especially since Raven and Beast boy are my favorite Teen Titans. Especially Beast Boy!

BBRae has always been and will always be my otp. I loved teen titans the original animated series, teen titans go, the game based on the original animated series. They both are so cute together and complete badasses on their own. If they didn't make BBrae happen in the live action series I was gonna riot. But since they did AND managed to choose the best cast possible for the teen titans, I am happy with this show. I was not much of a starfire fan but Korey in the live action and her badass attitude made me love a character I barely paid any attention to. She was different yet perfect.

The actress for raven is still young and I think before they do any bbrae romance, they want to wait. I do appreciate that the actress isnt being rushed into anything. I think in the mean time they are doing good in showing us their friendship and cute moments. I do think the writers will slip terra sooner or later in the show as well. I think their approach though has been nice so far with bbrae. As I said, it's not romantic yet but it sure is a deep friendship/bond.

As for the age gap. I will admit I am with some people on this. But everyone or most everyone ships them. I mean before this show started Beast boy and Raven were already canon. But now it was outwardly said. It is real! But in the show it is a bit weird. But like I said, it's the characters being shipped with one another. And they're both teens. But I get the wait. But my parents have that same age gap. My mom is 43 and my dad is 51. So he is older obviously. But in the show I get it. They don't want to force her since she was a minor. I believe now she is 18. And so now they're working on Season 4. So I am happy for that!
