I bought a similar one from Axminster a few decades ago for about 100 . Apart from the screws , it has been brilliant.All the 6mm allan screws stripped because they were actually 5.5mm !.once replaced with correct screws it was fine . I've rolled all sorts including 1/4" dural plate 8inches wide ,that I had to heat to get it to bend . Only regret was I should have bought the wider version.
Only buy from this "company" something that you can easily throw away afterwards. Because they refuse to tell me where to return the defective product after 2 weeks. Send me a video of the error - I sent it. To this again and again - Send me a video of the error, I reply that I sent it - and so I cannot return the defective machine. Never again anything from Vevor!
Thanks for that John it was impressive for the money. One question, you said those gears were steel, but are you sure, as they looked as if they might be cast iron to me. And if they are, then they definitely the things that will loose teeth with a bit of abuse. But if steel they should be fine. I'd be interested to know. Cheers John. Have a great new year!

Even if you had to beef one of these models up it is still a far cheaper option than building from scratch.

I have same vevor metal roller and its quite good in that price.
Im lookimg forward to a cooking video that features this for pastry rolling.
