After years of digging things out of the bottom cabinets. I’d go for drawers to store pots and pans,with their lids,a place to put my flour,sugar,etc that’s handy.

Gorgeous 😀I'd want a door or patio doors in the dining room. The kitchen is gorgeous the size and layout. The utility room could do with a sink. And the entrance to the utility and master could do with a door to shut it off, whether it be pocket or barn or two doors. The shower is beautiful and I'd not have the bath. We don't bath because we can't get in or out 😂, I love that there's a bench in the shower and a removable shower head. That's perfect for me because I can't stand for too long.

Great layout. The kitchen is very well organized. Good size bedrooms. But all the finishing materials are ugly and cheap. To make your house look modern, you will have to invest a lot of money.

Two main things and some minor things 1. give the price of the one shown/featured in the video 2. the full price range based on options the min when not on sale and the Max fully decked out. 3. if they offer additional services beyond what is covered in the price of the project what are they and how much.
Modular homes are the future, because if you have good size lot then you can add more square feet any time if you need in case they are built for extended purpose like some one may buy initially two bed room (1100 sq ft) with own lot then may be after 10 years he or she can add another 1100 square feet then later another addition. Good stuff as long as you have private lots to start with. But putting it in a mobile park is a waste of money.
I've seen this home before with a slight diviation whre the kitchen window area was a Bay window. Wish the opening to the kitchen and dining area weren't si wide so the living room had more wall space. Otherwise a very nice looking home but needs a fireplace.

I thought I like this house, but I don't where are the linen and storage closets, besides the clothes closets only one slim linen closet that means you would have to have open shelf storage and I hate open shelf storage

Very nice home! My personal preference is for a foyer or dedicated front door entry. Turn around the cabinet drawers on each sink in the master bath so you could use them as makeup storage area. Easy access to the middle mirror and chair.
I love the exterior but hate the lack of entryway. Love the layout with the kids by the master and the utilities placement. But would need a good pantry
I really like the bedrooms, the dark counters in the master bath, and the util'ty room. But the living room was kinda weird for me. Like a second thought design wise. Windows in the kitchen and the countertops are very nice. Keep up the great content, bro!

The only thing I would change in the kitchen is to make room for my 3,000.00 dollar gas stove and just have two slit cabinets on each side for my flat pans 😊
Terrific kitchen. Lots of drawers and cabinets with space to work and a nice big island without a sink. This is a kitchen for entertaining and Thanksgiving meals. Plenty of room to set up more tables as needed in the dining area for a big meal. Afraid I would be claustrophobic in the water closet in the master bedroom. I would Never close that door! I would be happy in this house, but something I'm sure could never afford.

I appreciate the tour because it gives you an idea of what you can get if you're thinking of getting a Franklin model, but they want way too much for that thing...

Very nice home. I would change a few things. I would put a vent over the stove, put the microwave on the counter since you have so much space. It needs a pantry and a wash sink w/sm counter in the laundryrm, the main bath is too large. You only need one sink with the toilet next to it. Close the walls where the shower is and the water room add/ extend those areas with the walk-in closet giving you more space without all the humidity from the shower. 😊 Thanks Chance.
Someone who lives in Florida said he could not get hurricane insurance for this home. During a bad storm the mobile parks get hit the worse. I wouldn’t feel safe.
You didn't get the tripod attachment with your Osmo Chance? It should have been in the box. You can actually set it so it follows you for solo filming like you wanted for this bathtub example. It also seems to make it more comfortable to hold for longer times since it adds weight to the base, to help offset the phone.
I love this house. My favorite part is the kitchen and master bedroom, but it’s way too big for just me. I wish I had it but it would be nice to have decorated the way the person staged it as well . Chance do these homes extend to Minnesota. Are they built for the cold winters up here. All so are they good with putting handle bars for the bathroom. How about four season porches.
I would use the storage closet for overflow pantry space. Dont understand why these manufacturers can't get it in their heads that every kitchen needs a pantry.

I'm pretty fond of the 50's style look of homes coming out so far. Very nice. I'm no fan of the 3 in 1 main rooms, but the way this one is done, the living room, dining room, and kitchen all feel like separate rooms. Also VERY happy to see ceiling vents, not floor vents. I'll give this one an "8" out of 10.
