1.5 kg of chicken thigh meat
150ml kefir (fat doesn't matter)
1 teaspoon of salt
Pepper
2 teaspoons of paprika powder
40 ml of lemon juice
20 ml of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
