Love the awesome food markets you guys go to! Wish we had more places like this in the US
The amount red tape, and health and food safety regulations that every vendor would need to follow in the United States to have a market like this at that size is the reason why we don’t have markets like this in our major cities anymore. Plus people in the United States are free to sue you for any reason, so imagine the food illness lawsuits that would come if this kind of food market existed in any major US city.

I know how you feel, but i was fortunaly enough to visit Asia and mainly Thailand 8 times before i got disabled. And yes she makes my day when i see her smile when she is enjoying that great food they serve out there. Everytime when i see them, i can smell the aroma,s from a nightmarket in thailand. I hope you will be able to travel in the future,and for your information. Thailand is very good accesable in a wheelchair. And they are very helpfull to people whit fisical problems. Don,t be affraid

7:57 I’ve been eyeing that lady with the pink hijab in beginning she wiped her nose w her hands , didint even wash her hands afterwards and with same hand she flips the almost fallen crisp after putting Nutella and hands it to you 🫠🤢 it’s the lil things it’s not that hard to be hygienic literally defeats the purpose of the first girl wearing gloves… im not judgy but I am extremely picky and observant when it comes to food from small businesses

Thailand is not a clean country. They put plastic bags of meat into their boxes of ice cubes to safe cost of buying another freezer. Then they serve iced drinks with these ice cubes. That’s how you can get cheap food.
NONE of these outdoor market stalls look hygienic and clean enough that I would eat there...

Was I the only one that noticed the woman sitting down behind the lady who was making roti and she wiped her nose with her fingers? She never washed them and then put Nutella on the roti. Eww. I’m sure it happens a lot more than we know.

I love it!! And they appreciate every form of food whether it is fancy or simple, i think thats one of the reasons why these videos never get old, i watch the very old ones when im up to date xD
They must have tougher/harder stomachs down in Thailand because as interesting/fascinating as I find your videos as someone with their own allergies and having to take food safe (every year) the casual disregard of cross-contamination between raw/cooked items and mixing of various food types makes me cringe for some of the stalls. But I am very happy to see others practice food safety, if I ever do a get a chance to visit I know I can eat at some of the stalls. Still love seeing the possibilities that are available as a food lover kinda wish we has something in our country but food is always cheaper when it's local and doesn't have to ship. 💯❤👏👍

Why do they call freshly made or rolled ice cream fried ice cream in Thailand I will never understand but maybe it's a mistranslation issue that is causing them to call it that and be the only ones who do, like here in the US that's just Cold Stone

Thailand is awesome, I spent 2 months there for work and the street food is amazing. The people are so friendly there. good old durian fruit, smells like a dead body but taste amazing. You are not allowed to bring it into any of the hotels because of the smell. Uncle Roger would be impressed with that crab fried rice!

The sausages are incredible. They didn't show the fried oyster omelet but it's also amazing. Skip the burger and pancake. If you want sweets, try mango sticky rice or coconut shake.

I love this channel so much. I watch it almost every day! But that omelet rice, people with allergies couldn't eat there, could they? I always think that way, I know someone anaphalactic to seafood. Actually, people with seafood allergies couldn't eat at most of these places😂 it's wild to see different cross contamination laws in different countries!

In the US, fried ice cream is literally fried. It's coated in corn flakes and fried in hot oil about 10 seconds

Wonder why they call it "fried" ice cream if there's no frying involved? You can't beat Thailand for dirt cheap and yummy street food, it appears, and the lovely Mrs. Bacons, as usual, made for a charming video. Especially that huge smile when she got her Anya pancake--are y'all fans of "Spy x Family"?
My guess is the ice cream is "fried" on a cold plate and it resembles how other foods are fried on a hot plate.
