आपका पहला वाक्य अर्धसत्य है - ऐसाकुछ होता जरुर "था" - आपकी देशकी संसरकी निचली सदन लोक सभा (उपरी सदन राज्य सभामे नहीँ)मे चंद साल पहले तक २ सिट (५४५ मे से २ सिट) एंग्लो-इण्डियन लोगों के लिए आरक्षित था, अंग्रेजों के लिए नहीँ । एंग्लो-इण्डियन वह लोग है जिनके पूर्खोँमे से कोही अंग्रेज था (जैसे कि, पिता अंग्रेज, माता भारतीय; अथवा, दादा अंग्रेज, दादी भारतीय, पिता-माता सब भारतीय, आदि) । उन अल्पसंख्यकोँ के लिए आरक्षित सिट थे २ (ठीक वैसे ही जैसे एस्सी/एस्सी आरक्षण है) । मगर उसे भी अब खतम करदिया गया है -- आपके देशकी लोक सभामे अब सिर्फ ५४३ सिट है, ५४५ नहीँ ।
अंग्रेजोँ के लिए (जो एंग्लो-इण्डियन नहीँ है, उनके लिए तोह तब भी कोइ सिट आरक्षित नहीँ था, अब भी नहीँ है) ।
क्षमा करेँ, आपका दुसरा वाक्यमे भी गलती है । बिलायतकी रानी/राजाको हिन्दूस्तानमै २१ तोपों कि सलामी जरूर दिजाती है - मगर यह तोह अन्य देशोँ के राष्ट्रप्रमुख (राजा, रानी, राष्ट्रपति, आदि) को भी दिया जाता है । जब भूटानके नरेश हिन्दूस्तान गए थे, उनको भी २१ तोपोँ की सलामी मिल्ती । जब नेपालके राष्ट्रपति गए थे, उनको भी मिल्ती । अम्रिकाके राष्ट्रपतिको भी २१ तोपोँ की ही सलामी मिल्ती है ।
जब भारतके राष्ट्रपति विदेशयात्रा मे जाते है, अगर वह यात्रा राजकीय यात्रा है तो उनको भी २१ तोपोँ की ही सलामी मिल्ती है । जैसे कि, जब प्रणव मुखर्जी नेपाल आए थे, उन्हे २१ तोपोँ की सलामी मिली थी । राष्ट्रप्रमुखोँको २१ तोपोँ की सलामी, और सरकार प्रमुख (प्रधानमन्त्री)को १९ तोपोँ की सलामी - यह संसारके लगभग हर मुल्कका प्रचलन है -- इसमे कोइ नँइ वा बडी बात नहीँ है ! :)

The aim of the Manusmriti, and all other shastras is to purge sins of beings, make them pure, establish them in sattvik guna and thus help them directly and appropriately achieve God.
That's it, that's the aim. The Manusmriti doesn't care about the artificial notion of bodily equality, about gender equality, about diversity, about political correctness at all. All it cares about is purging sins, making people pure.
This is the actual benefit of people. Not their economic progress, their societal luxury, serene nature, long life, bodily equality, gender equality, sexual preferences, freedom which becomes slavery of an uncontrolled mind, comforts, attachments, unchecked desires, unchecked rights, nationalism, politics, and so on.
Sins are purged by 2 actions -
1. For those who are too deeply attached to rajasik and tamasik guna, and are too gone far for improvement by other means, problems of 3 types, and punishment by authority, remove sinful imprints from their mind.
2. Those with sufficient self control must strive to practise and consume only those objects which are in sato guna. Sato guna will destroy their sins.
Why Sato guna? Answer from the Bhagvad Puraan Chapter 13.
Text 1: The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: The three modes of material nature, namely goodness(sattvik or sato), passion(rajasik or rajo)and ignorance(tamasik or tamo), pertain to material intelligence and not to the spirit soul. By development of material goodness(sato) one can conquer the modes of passion(rajo) and ignorance(tamo), and by cultivation of transcendental goodness(samadhi)one may free oneself even from material goodness.
Text 2: When the living entity becomes strongly situated in the mode of goodness, then religious principles, characterized by devotional service to Me, become prominent. One can strengthen the mode of goodness by cultivation of those things that are already situated in goodness, and thus religious principles arise.
Text 3: Religious principles, strengthened by the mode of goodness, destroy the influence of passion and ignorance. When passion and ignorance are overcome, their original cause, irreligion, is quickly vanquished.
Text 4: According to the quality of religious scriptures, water, one’s association with one’s children or with people in general, the particular place, the time, activities, birth, meditation, chanting of mantras, and purificatory rituals, the modes of nature(sato, rajo, tamo) become differently prominent.
Text 5: Among the ten items I have just mentioned, the great sages who understand Vedic knowledge have praised and recommended those that are in the mode of goodness, criticized and rejected those in the mode of ignorance, and shown indifference to those in the mode of passion.
Text 6: Until one revives one’s direct knowledge of the spirit soul and drives away the illusory identification with the material body and mind caused by the three modes of nature, one must cultivate those things in the mode of goodness. By increasing the mode of goodness, one automatically can understand and practice religious principles, and by such practice transcendental knowledge is awakened.
This is the actual reason behind sattvik guna and the basis of actual religion. Any religion which does not either increase sattvik guna or purge past sins is no religion at all, as it can never help the souls to actually achieve God.
Purging of sins makes the mind and antah karan pure like an innocent child and such a mind is easily controlled and once the mind is controlled, senses are easily controlly and actual yog on God happens, giving the ultimate happiness to the Atman.
People in general have become so ignorant due to the effect of the Kaliyuga that they do not see this simple aim of the shastras, but because of unlimited bodily desires they only see discrimination. But then whatever is happening is happening as it should. Because the purity of varnas and jaatis has already been lost and everyone is a varnasankar today, who have no specific duties, no rules no regulations to abide by, no dharma recommended by the scriptures and can indulge in anything they want. No occupation is taboo for the varnasankars, they can do anything their uncontrolled mind tells them. But as a result slowly they'll all be either pseudo spiritualists motivated by hednoism or atheists, or just frustrated, distressed people. That is their fate in the yuga. True dharma has already been lost, which is why the world will constantly face of barrage of unrest, distress, and troubles.

Very clear ,comprehensive and excellent interpretation of Indian independent Act 1947 and no doubt our country is Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic has own Constitution which is supreme law of land adopted and enacted by the people of free India on 26th November ,1949.
The division agreed upon in 1947 was of areas, not of communities. The Independence Act did not say that two nations, one Hindu and the other Muslim, were being created. Neither the June 3 Plan nor the Independence Act even mentioned “Hindus” or “Muslims”.
