The folly is in not following processes required to synthesize any law. From a Public Commision or Exoert Committes to Parliamentary Committees, a law that affects vast majority of the people cannot be formulated in the opinionated heads of a few one fine spring day morning. Every law is fought band struggled againy as they land up being bad laws in the absence of the background work and processes.

Caa says preference would be given to certain religion over others and visa allotment would be based on religion , so it’s unconstitutional coz we are differently treating people based on religion . Also we are going with narrative that Muslim are only country people want to come to India coz of they being exploited but for ages many people from Nepal leave and come to India which is a Hindu country do we judge how people being treated there ? It would have been great Sir if you would have also talked about other important legal facets- UCC & secularism, triple talaq law, Shah Bano case and the bad law (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986, that nullified the Supreme Court's judgment in the Shah Bano judgment. Are the Muslim men ready for such maintenance provisions as prevalent in uniform criminal law CrPc Section 125. Sadly, the focus was quite lopsided towards bad Hindu rituals & law, Art 370. Tax exemption of Hindu Undivided Family was talked about but exemption of Muslims from paying stamp duties on gift deeds is left out. I hope students take this as heads up and further their knowledge by reading complete diaspora.

Even in 2016 and 2018, a law commission was constituted, it gave its suggestion, it was b.j.p.rulers commission, but they have not said anything about its suggestion. As a matter of fact, there are no knowledge of b.j.p. people about it. They are just for political reasons spread it and think that they can get votes through it The equality and fraternity are among fundamental rights, it must implement each government but nowadays unequality has increased thousand times . @Stallion Spirit I think you don’t understand either what is CAA, constitution says all laws are equal irrespective of religion , caste and creed. Caa says preference would be given to certain religion over others and visa allotment would be based on religion , so it’s unconstitutional coz we are differently treating people based on religion . Also we are going with narrative that Muslim are only country people want to come to India coz of they being exploited but for ages many people from Nepal leave and come to India which is a Hindu country do we judge how people being treated there ? There is purely to divide the country imagine if someone says Muslims being tortured and leaving country and US says we give special provisions to Muslim Indian not of other religion as they are in majority and not as much tortured as Indian Muslim would you like that, coz caa is exactly doing it and I bet everyone will says US is being partial and discriminatory.
I have a question so how UCC be applied to devasasi practice where girls in puberty are married to god and end up being Devdasi ? what about Banchhada tribal practice where prostitution is considered as part of their tradition ?

What a lecture! It would have been great Sir if you would have also talked about other important legal facets- UCC & secularism, triple talaq law, Shah Bano case and the bad law (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986, that nullified the Supreme Court's judgment in the Shah Bano judgment. Are the Muslim men ready for such maintenance provisions as prevalent in uniform criminal law CrPc Section 125. Sadly, the focus was quite lopsided towards bad Hindu rituals & law, Art 370. Tax exemption of Hindu Undivided Family was talked about but exemption of Muslims from paying stamp duties on gift deeds is left out. I hope students take this as heads up and further their knowledge by reading complete diaspora.

There are more than four thousands castes among so called arya sanatani community. Every caste and community have its awn tradition and norms. Are thes four thousand castes ready to follow uniform cvil law, which so far is not framed. Even in 2016 and 2018, a law commission was constituted, it gave its suggestion, it was b.j.p.rulers commission, but they have not said anything about its suggestion.
As a matter of fact, there are no knowledge of b.j.p. people about it. They are just for political reasons spread it and think that they can get votes through it
The equality and fraternity are among fundamental rights, it must implement each government but nowadays unequality has increased thousand times . Some dozen businesses houses have possessed fifty percent of national wealth. How can it be called equality is here.
