I've become a fan of Priscilla since Jim brought this incident to my attention. However, I cannot wait to hear his take on it.
@John O You misspelled Kenny Omega and Joey Ryan. Priscilla has potential. Her spot was nasty and shocking without hurting anyone. I like it more than dick flips, blow up dolls, or wrestling little 9 year old kids. That last part is very creepy.
I grew up hating Jim Cornette because he was so good at his job. I believed his character. As a 36 year old I can listen to Jim Cornette all the time. Wrestling would be much better if he ran things. I can't watch wrestling today. We need more Jims in wrestling.

Cornette never fails to make me bust out a good laugh...he’s got some classic lines.
I want to believe that AEW will be a legitimate competitor but I have a lot of doubts mainly because Cody and The Young Bucks are too soaked in that smarky bullshit and I just don't see them making a solid difference in the WWE fanbase because they don't take any of their stuff seriously. You have to remember Joey Ryan was a part of ALL IN and I can't imagine he wouldn't be involved in shows in their future.

Young bucks & Cornette worked in ROH for a bit... they all hated the experience... why do it again ?
I met Priscilla at an indie show a few months ago and she couldn't have been nicer to me. She was very personable and friendly. Her and Thunder Rosa (Kobra Moon from Lucha Underground) had a pretty good match on said show.
However I won't defend the tampon spot beyond saying it's her career, she can do what she wants.
However it wasn't even close to the worst thing I've seen in wrestling but it was still not something I enjoyed.

The David Bowie song is actually called "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)", originally released in 1982 for the movie "Cat People", then re-recorded for his 1983 album "Let's Dance".
Sniff and The Tears were actually "Sniff 'n' The Tears". Their singer also wrote the English lyrics to the disco hit "Born To Be Alive" but was uncredited.
I'm not sure what gave Brian the idea Cody is pushing himself as the top guy. Nothing he has said or done points to that. Even at the press conference AEW was pushing Hangman vs Pac as the top guys. If/when Kenny signs he will be in that top talk too.

A lot of this generation's professional wrestlers have to be horrifically injured before they stop calling their own business fake. That sadly included Rounda Rousey! A lot this generation's fanbase has to watch their heroes be horrifically injured before they start taking professional wrestling seriously. Pro Wrestling is a variety show now. I don't know how one would get around that nowadays and make a straight forward old school wrestling promotion and make money. I'm not saying bloody tampons and six foot penis costumes are necessary at all, but there ought to be a variety of styles/feuds/characters to keep it interesting for a general audience.
