Thanks so much. 😬 copyright is tricky with the music. We didn’t get any this time but sometimes it varies on how long we allow the music to be in the background and what songs. Enjoy your trip! That’s one heck of a ship for a first timer!
yes and no…the thermal suite on the Mardi Gras is TINY but the other perks given to the spa cabin are great. i think that if you are going to visit the thermal suite a lot and make use of the spa (multiple treatments) then yes, get the spa cabin for the discounts. But if you just want a spa day, just get the service or the day pass 👌🏽
Yeah the thermal suite pool was small. Maybe could have 3-4 people laying down comfortably plus maybe 6 people seated (3 on each side). But no one ever crowded it like that cause of fear of being too close 😷

We still had ours but if you are charging things with USB ports you should be ok…but if you have the newer iPhones or iPads with USB-C ports, you will need the outlet strip to plug in charging blocks ☺️
When It come to bringing liqour on board can you clear it up for me I haven't cruised since 2017 and the cruise I took you were only allowed 2 bottles of wine that were 750ml and sealed. Can you bring hard liqour on now as part of the byob rules or did you spend around 90 on board buying the bottles?
No, the rules have not changed. You are still only allowed to bring bottles of wine onboard. 😔 We bought the bottles from the cruise line ($86) to have the liquor in our stateroom 👍🏽

Liking the storage. Elemis products became a spa room. I’ve been using Elemis products since I came across them on the Valor in 2016. The drinks look amazing. 🍸🍹. I love the cruise entertainment. The fellas in the psychedelic costumes sounded great. Enjoyed this Vlog. Look forward to the next video.
Wow i love it 🤗 yup 3 kids + 1 lol. They have been together for 6 years (high school sweethearts) 💗 he had been talking about that burger since we told him we booked the cruise 🤣 no we didn’t bring the liquor. we prepurchased from carnival to have in our room. we only brought the wine and juice onboard. our kids brought sodas for their cabin. 👍🏽 primarily vaccinated…unvaccinated guests (kids and those with exemptions) had to provide proof of exemption. But all passengers had to show proof of negative test within 48 hours before embarkation. but we kept our masks on to be safe 😷 we agree that they stepped up on the entertainment. 🙌🏽

Prior to covid I’ve been on Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal and any liquor we purchased in port or on the ship they kept. Couldn’t even bring it to the room. They delivered it back to the cabin the last night to pack. And yes they did allow a bottle of wine per person to brought on board day 1 embarkation day. Anyway, glad that worked out and thanks so much for the reply.

For everyone’s awareness Carnival does not allow you to bring your own liquor. There is like other companies a bottled wine exemption but NOT liquor. Just letting people know so they don’t get caught and kicked off a cruise before it starts. One unopened 750ml bottle of wine per adult is allowed. This is a ship I am booked on in 2023 all being well so look forward to watching the videos.

My sister was scheduled to be on that cruise leaving today but she passed away in October unexpectedly. Her husband, son and some friends will continue the sailing and spread her aches on one of the islands. Very sad because we sail every year and haven’t since 2019 because of COVID.

What a beautiful family! I could feel the excitement as I watched the vlog. Loved the Guy's Burgers segment! We stayed in a cove balcony when we were on the Mardi Gras. How did you get the alcohol bottles because thought we could only carry on one 750ml bottle of wine per person? Or did you buy these through Carnival and they delivered it to your room?

we almost did a Havana but the Spa had us with the Thermal Suite. 😬
