There are 3 possible reasons 'Rules of the Backstreet' we saw in Limbus is different from the one in Ruina. In Ruina it was an incompelete version of it because the Kurokumo clan goons we faught never mastered it and in Limbus Jun fully mastered or it was his take on the technique. And the last is that his Rules of the Backstreets is 4 of them in one counter.

My first mirror dungeon I was doing pretty well on, and then I got the final floor and got like 70% of my sinners’ hp DELETED by jun. I think one of them died too. Needless to say, I was easy pickings for kim.
