The guy mentioned 40 degrees lateral roll. Looks closer to 20 degrees to my eye. Does he mean 20 degrees to each side = 40 degrees?

Can this turn laterally when the back is up, so the patient is inclined, NOT FLAT?

Is this good for stage 4 sacrum wound?

If you have a stage 4 wound on your backside that is being treated then talk to your doctor about getting either this type of mattress or any other air loss mattress that will help you with your recovery and they shouldn’t give you a hard time because they are alot more willing to approve things for people who have pressure wounds
