For all the bro's out there. Never, ever tell your girl she is making a scene. Because thats the start of an actual scene. What you do is agree with everything she says, complain to the staff yourself, make absolutely sure she doenst, repeating her points but in a calm manner. Thats called damage mitigation. When that is done, sort of mumble along with how ridiculous everything is while at the same time get the bill and get her out of there. This works in many occations, like whe she is going on about her female co-worker who is ruining everything for her at work, you know the types of situatons, right? In the meanwhile, slowly try to chance the subject. Now this is the hard part because it has to be subtle. Dont go in straight away with: Darn, your hair looks fine today. Thats way too obvious. Go more like: What do you want to do after, wasnt there this overpriced absolutely non-authentic store with handbags you wanted to see? But obviously phrase that better please. When the situation is really bad, it might cost you a handbag... Never ever go for the cheapest. Doenst have to be the most expensive, just steer her towards something reasonable you can actually afford, but expensive enough she wont suspect anything. If you have to repeat this procedure several times per month, it might be best to look elsewhere.
Dunno how he affords it all tbh, he’s only got 66k subscribers. Is that enough to earn a good living and travel all these places and do alla this stuff??
Fantastic as usual, so well edited. Thank you for all the work you put into answering the question we all want to know. WHY aren’t there more subscribers?!
Love the puns. Love the fact ed said Grazie and bye to the taxi driver 🤣🤣 Love the commentary of the American couple. I ended up having pizza tonight. Loving the videos and content.
Believe it or not, but you'll not find Chicken on Pizzas in Italy. This is because theyd believe you've dried the Chicken, and so it loses flavour. Theres a good pizzeria in Leeds named "Rudys", which is based upon Naples Pizza. I highly recommend.
Let me guess you have never been to Birmingham? An absolutely wonderful cosmopolitan city, one of the greenest in Europe with some amazing architecture and on the whole lovely, friendly people…. Old stereotypes are so lazy and boring 😴
@@Jim-so3zm that’s him, many more love it… I know quite afew who have moved from London and are absolutely loving what Brum has to offer and where they can now afford to live compared… And tourism is at an all time high in the city as people from Europe and as far as America, China are hearing about how great the city is especially for afew days visit
Just for your ref Ed, you don't have to go to Naples for such good pizzas. Napoli on the Road in London is ranked 5th this year and Diego Vitagliano is 2nd this year (they were 1st last year which I assume was where your rankings are from).
Some tourists, from any country, are completely clueless, but at least they weren't at a McDonalds (although European McDonalds are usually better than the American version). I've had great pizza in Naples, Rome, and Florence. Romans had a kind of pizza (anything "painted on" a dough) and then the modern version was first made in Naples in 1889 (although it could have been around once tomatoes were brought back to Naples and improved).
So you didn't ask for recommendations but here it comes Nizza Pizza in Hebden Bridge is best pizza I have ever had & it sounds like we have similar taste in pizzas. They're on holiday at the mo, come and visit mid September or after, sublime pizza. I have also eaten pizza in Rome, even better than that.
My nanna was from Napoli - lived in north Wales most of her life a few doors down from me, and she was a brilliant cook, including pizzas. That first pizza didn't look like a good pizza to me, but that second looked really damn good (handy tip though, don't ask for chicken on pizza/pasta in Italy, it's a big no-no). It's a pity you couldn't stay in Napoli for a couple of nights, Neapolitans are as stereotypically Italian as you get (I mean they shout and wave their hands everywhere). The place really comes alive in the evening and you won't go to many places, even in Italy, with better food. Oh, and terrible driving, but that's part of the fun!
I once looked at doing this ... In 24 hrs .. and you can get a return flight from Liverpool to Naples ...for less than £50 ..plus pizza £20 ..and Uber .. so technically you can go out for the best pizza / the motherland of pizza in one day for under £100 .. with taxi etc .. one question ed ..is that good value for money ..? ..
You’ve already been in one video that resulted in me going to Italy / Italian speaking territory. This feels like a second one. **reaches for passport**
The only pizza I have ever had in the UK that remotely resembled a proper Italian one was that award winning one Morrison's do, it's oval and has hardly any topping on it, you have to faff about rearranging it and it looks like they are being stingy with the topping but it's what makes it proper. "Morrisons The Best Prosciutto Cotto, Portobello Mushroom & Mascarpone Pizza"
FYI Italy is like the opposite of England when it comes to judgemental stereotypes (the south of Italy is looked down on as being a dump, like the North in England).
How you record yourself eating a pizza with a knife and fork. 😅 . . On a serious note.. hats off to you for just getting up and travelling by yourself.

Ed to Italian taxi driver : "Grazie".

Never change Edward.
I was told that in Milan, traffic lights are instructions, in Rome they are suggestions and in Naples they are decorations.
😂😂
As an italian I can confirm it lmao
Italians are the worst drivers of Europe
Being in a car in Napoli is way more fun, and frankly way more terrifying, that anything they've got at Alton Towers!
