Saying my personal experience.I am from odisha. I was travelling from kanpur to howrah during study tour. One person came to our seat he was drunken. He started misbehaving my female friends. We called railway helpline many times. They behaved with us like SBI branch. Call in this no., Call to this no., Give ur details, give ur train status...etc etc. But no action they took. At last we had to take that person to police station situated at a station before kharagpur. From that day i dont belief the security system of indian railway.
