What a truly brave rockstar babies! They made a huge impact to a modernized rock n roll music, in fact, they were pretty fucking controversial even back in mid 70's. And the backstory of these chicks is fucking mind-blowing. Going straight to the direction of your destiny, run away from home, make a band, make some cool music and then get fucking famous, that's so rare, truly amazing. If you pay attention to their lyrics, you'll find out how much they really loved freedom and how much they were analyzing their future lives. I fucking love the art of being eccentric.

INCREDIBLE! Five very fine and oh so talented young ladies that play the best music, they all look ever so hot and most importantly: THE RUNAWAYS ROCK AS HELL!! They really know how to play their instruments. All of the songs of The Runaways are excellent (many thanks!!) and I am ever so glad that I was at their (then) four-women gig on July 5th, 1978 in Arnhem, Holland. I still have 5 selfmade black/white, self developed and self printed pictures to prove it. The concert cost only ƒ 10 (which is € 4,53 i.e.5,38 US Dollars today). I was a 14,5 years old boy (I am 56,5 now) and I bought three of their LP's at the time which I have listened to over and over and I drove my mother crazy. (She is 80 now and I visit her every sunday.) And I have been in love with the drummer Sandy West for a long time. The Runaways are real professionals and I think they are better musicians than most others, Male of female! These women should have made 25 albums or more until now. And probably ... I would have bought them all! Thanks for the download Jimmy!
