Hawai'i Kai

This run was basically effortless. I stuck with the game plan of trying to find "faster" water, staying relaxed, along with keeping the heart rate down. Starting to "crack the code" and the clock is the instrument telling me that things are starting to come together. Ended up only 10 secs behind the leading guy in our crew as I had a good line around Diamond Head and into Kaimana.
