I actually learned to enjoy being single. Although I feel 100% safe from narcissist emotional abuse because I’m single. I don’t have to dread going home after work. I’m alone but don’t feel lonely. I have been learning a lot lately not only by observing myself, but also other people replicating their dysfunctional loops of bad habits and toxic relationships, just because it feels familiar. What gives me insight to carry on with this journey and be tight is seeing what happens to other people when they do not get rid of their attachments.
