    That pastor! Beware! She is absolutely wrong for cheating, but it wasn't his place to disclose such information to the husband . Church members I urge you all to keep your confessions to yourselves cause you just never know when he will just blurt it out at the gym , not on purpose. It was her job to tell her husband, not him.

    The Pastor did disclose to her husband in a slick way. Why bring up that comment at all. He didn’t need to make the comment. He wanted the husband to think- why did pastor say couples go thru this or that? He was alluding to the trouble in the marriage, but if hubby was not in counseling, he should have avoided the statement. He wanted hubby to be suspect.

      I disagree. Years ago when I was getting counseling from my pastor he started out by telling me he was confidential but if I told him anything that was illegal or put someone else in danger he would be obligated to tell it to the proper authorities. I highly respected him for that. And in this case the woman caused her own problems by cheating on her husband.

    • @HeatherWho11.10
      @HeatherWho11.10 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@mistiinseattle that's because your pastor had morals. Lots of churches handle legal things privately without having to go to the proper authorities, and that's why there's so much abuse in the churches.

    That pastor was unethical. Confidentiality is one of the cornerstones of counseling. then after all that he says I'm going to pray for you ..why would she want that?

    I thought confessions were supposed to be kept in confidence by the Pastor?

  • @fashionforwardmom
    @fashionforwardmom 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    The pastor told him even the husband's statement of how he found out points towards the pastor. If you can't keep personal feelings out of confessions maybe you shouldn't be a pastor. I can't believe he said to her I will pray for you. She should have told him he is the one that needs the prayers since he is breaking the bond of confession. Yes she will have to pay for her sins as we all do but so does he. She should have been awarded something not $25000 that's a lot of money maybe more like $500 just to show him that he did help cause this damage to the marriage. They may have been able to talk it out, but knowing other people knew about it makes it harder to forgive.

  • @cheikhsarr5176

    2nd case. Ho my gosh. The defendant has no moral compass, he does not deserve to be pastor. He's rather a homebreaker. He should mind his own business. He purposefully revealed the secret. So in my mind the verdict is not fair.

    So he owns a computer store and says that is family. Well if your sister-in-law is going to school why wouldn't you just give her a computer with the things she needed. Seems it would be more important for her to get her degree than making money off of her. Once she graduated and gets a good job she could always pay you back. Family should be helping family especially when it comes to getting an education.

    No remorse on the part of the defendants. Shameful. Plaintiff (sister) was scammed.On the second case, wow, the pastor clearly found a way to hint and tell the guy about his wife's unfaithfulness. Ultimately, she is responsible for her infidelity, but the pastor still broke a confidence.

  • @thyragriffin3454

    A pastor is like a Doctor, Doctor/ patient confidences , the same as a pastor to his flock as long as no one lives is as risk and that pastor breach that contract. It was not his place he should have counsel her with the assistance of a trusted female and encourage her to tell her husband when she is ready and during the sessions prepare her for the outcome, but leave it up to her to make her confession. That pastor maliciously told the husband in a smart and it could have gone worse than a put out the house. who knows after he was given that information what frame of mind the husband would have been in . Sad

    The pastor has a God complex. “I already forgave her, the Lord forgave her.” Wrong order! She didn’t sin against the pastor. Not a man of God.

    Not necessarily this judge, but why did Justice Central stop posting at all two weeks ago? It's not like ya'll ran out of scripts for the scripted court shows, and you've been using the same actors for the different judge's shows....so...why stop with the scripted fake court proceedings being posted? Keep on with the fictional entertainment that we love please.
