Lies lies I live in a duplex and my neighbor smokes cigarettes in there home and I can't smell it in my home and cigarette smoke linger longer 😂

I think that the wife is secretly smoking weed in her house and using the neighbor as an excuse for the smell being in their house.

Ridiculous. Marijuana smoke, from a neighbour's apartment, is not likely to permeate your clothes, carpet and chairs.

Bu the Plaintiffs are where it is legal to smoke marijuana anywhere. SO sad, for the street stuff is so stinky, I cannot be around that crap. But the plaintiff's texting needs to stop.

Why buy a half of duplex then complain go buy a house 🏡 then you won't have no problem I would keep smoking 🚬 in my place and block there number and put a restraining order on the plaintiff for harassment smh🤦🏿♀️.😎

I have never seen 2 litigants (the plaintiffs) keep looking at each other so much as these 2 do. Are they trying to make sure their story matches with the other's as planned?
My smartest decision ever was moving into an apartment complex which does not allow any smoking anywhere on the property inside or out. The judge is clueless aboit how bad this stuff is. Unfortunately for them, it is not illegal.

Our neighbors smoke pot all the time and we smell it in our house. We had to close off our water heater and add an air purifier because we can smell it in here. I was so excited when pot became legal but omg the smell makes me so nauseous. I wish everyone just ate edibles haha

I have a neighbor whose son lives 2 doors over and smokes outside all the time ( we live in attached townhomes) .She doesn't let him smoke in her house. ITS ANNOYING! I hate the smell. When friends visit they comment about how strong the smell is irritating. I don't like it for my granddaughter either.

People could do whatever they want in they're own home. It's nobody's business to get involved in other people's business. If smoking or drinking beer is what he or she likes to do in they're home that's nobody's business. Stay out of something that's not you're concern.
These plaintiff’s are overreacting tbh. How can the smell get on their stuff? They’re being ridiculous.
