Laser sights got nerfed not buffed, look at how the trend goes down as it gets better rarity, but now it’s higher at purple than it was at blue previously. 4:59

Maybe just me, but looking at what changes were made to the EVA making it a CP gun, honestly sounds like it might be pretty bad for a CP gun. It’s huge drawback is it’s awful damage output once you get more than like 10 feet from your target. Reducing the damage but then adding hammerpoints, unless I’m mistaken, is still a net nerf to it’s already poor damage it puts out unless you’re basically shoving that thing in your enemy’s mouth. And I was around when the EVA was meta and enjoyed it since it was forgiving and I generally don’t like shotguns anymore cuz they all feel so inconsistent
Pathfinder ult cooldown is going from ten seconds reduction to 15. Not the other way around
Yes but it only charges his ult by 50% instead of 100%. That’s the nerf
@@bradenwilliams1721 it's still very good, you have 2 carepacks coming at once, you recharge ur ulti + you also can scan beacon that also gives you 50% recharge...+ with the scans you have the opportunity to reduce your ulti so much now...Its a very good buff in my opinion
I do agree. As much as it looks like a nerf. They’re only trying to incentivise players to actually utilise the new perk system that they made for pathfinder. If he got his ult every time he scanned a care package then why allow him to become a recon or controller legend to make him feel fresh and new?

The only thing that I wish was added was that instead of healing through smoke, it would instead grant her a speed boost like how it was it the mobile game. It fits her since she's an offense legend

They only go after wepons that are in the meta or that no life pros complain about, and g7 scout is none of those

If lifeline can't get upgrade shields anymore in ult then she should get those upgrade core things to compensate

So what I'm talking from this is that matchmaking is still gonna suck i tried playing for thw first time in months and i can't play any of the game modes without getting lasered by everything maybe I'm just rusty but every match feels like a godamn tournament for no reason

To be clear, laser sights got nerfed, not buffed. They reduced their spread reduction. Which means there is now MORE spread.
Removing the Digital Threat from SMGs is bollocks. How are we supposed to counter Bangalore's smoke now?
The weapons got nerfed like crazy the prowler need the select fire still that’s the whole fun of it

The best I can come up with is the amount of time between the first bullet hitting and the last bullet hitting. So if someone is running it’ll be harder to hit all 3 of those bullets bc the last one will be lagging behind.
If this number is too low then you’re basically just shooting 1 bullet and getting credit for 3 hits…like a shotgun
If you're playing on performance mode on consoles, you should be able to use mnk at this point with the new aim assist nerf
Can we buff more weapons? The slow strangulation of the weapon pool isn’t balance!?! It’s more frustrating and adds unnecessary randomness.
Dang Apex got us with these perks! Basically if you picked tactical or ultimate cooldown reduction you’re getting season 19 legends. Kinda lazy on respawns part!

I’ve always said make every legend viable (or OP 😂) that way all the players can enjoy using their main without feeling
compromised for doing so.
Allot of players tend to read the patch notes really late or not at all so grab your popcorn and watch them throw their game in the ring 😂.
Definitely sad to see nothing was done to vantage, she needs some love

she is already decent tho, 2 more bullets on ult and tactical recharging with every hit isnt that bad

Now if only they could reduce the map rotation time down from 90min to 60min. Not everyone who plays Apex is going to play 4.5hr every session.
Also, i hope Trash Canyon wont be in the rotation at all this season. Not even at the mid-season update.

Yes you are right. Cat is still ok. For this season I went back to caustic as my controller legend. He's fun and still very strong! Rampart is boring to me, barely tried her but I really don't like her kit. @@Ryth_Is_The_Goat

They need to decrease the fire rate of the 3030 and make it so Horizon can’t shoot or heal on her lift. Then the game would be balanced
That Ring change plus the Replicater removal is the end of zone exploiters. Finally, no more losers just spam crafting meds to cheese a win. They deserve the punishment.
Also, that Maggie buff makes me so happy because more often than not, my wrecking ball just dies too early whenever I try to use it against enemeis

I agree with you to a certain extent. The only reason this sucks is because Apex is populated by cavemen who like to push fights with no regard for the next ring. The majority of the playerbase is "shoot first, rotate later" even if it's so easy to tell that it will be a long and arduous rotation to the safe zone.

the catalyst nerf is so unnecessary that i think respawn would patch her back, the nerfs before okay but not this sh*t. She just got one buff that she need at the beginning, why nerf her when she is not overpowerd, but the spikes got a little buff they activate when someone sees it but when the enemy is like 3-4 meters near.
pick rate in algs says otherwise. It's not good for your game when the same 4 characters dominate competitive for multiple seasons in a row.

R-99 nerf AGAIN plus the all smg range nerfs is brutal. The nerfs for the 30-30 seem excessive. Damage, fine. The reload is rough.
Conduit got rocked as well.
Hemlock hip fire nerf not fun either.
Hemlok and 30-30 were way too good and the SMG nerf was done to target controller players. These are all great changes.

@EmergencyChannel I mean I've been using the volt and car more often than the r9, but sure. My point is, they nerfed the r9 damage. Then capacity. Then damage again. Now range nerfs for all smgs, plus no digi. That doesn't seem a bit excessive to you?
Why is no one talking about the optics like the 3 times on a sentinel… I haven’t tested others but it no longer zooms in on center. It’s in a random spot every time.!! This is a huge probably for people like me that quickscope a lot but someone needs to have a video explaining it so we can all complain about it 😂. Loads of comments for sure! I feel like the little updates they did this season are garbage with the optic not being on center at the top of the shit list. Maybe I missed it but I don’t even see it in patch notes. Garbage!

The best thing for me BY FAR is them removing that God-awful SBMM component of ranked they introduced in season 19. No longer will I be continually murdered by diamond and masters 3 stacks when I'm solo queue in silver or gold. It baffles me that some guy being paid to do a job at an institution as big as Respawn and EA thought that was a good idea. And equally baffling is somehow that guy convinces other guys at said company to actually implement these changes game-wide. Then it takes them two seasons of a likely diminishing player base to actually revert to what was already there (I for one played FAR less ranked in season 19 & 20 than any other season since I started in season 3).
Only concern is boosting, since they're going to get RP that equals to whomever performed the best.
But might actually be a good thing since they're mostly going to be in the higher tier lobbies, so ranking up should pose a challenge until Diamond.
@@arctictropic1147 Very true. The bottom line is no system is perfect as people will always find some workaround to exploit it in some way.
But with the old system, exploiters be they smurfs or boosters would maybe ruin 1/10 ranked games MAX for the average player.
To combat that they introduce a system that makes 9/10 games far worse for the average player which never made sense to me.
Once in a 5 hour solo queue silver session in early season 19 (my last serious foray into ranked) I died 5 times in a row to a masters 3 stack or higher team including a top pred 3 stack. All while my teammates were definitely not at that level based on their gameplay. I mean I'm no pred and my best finish is D2 so how am I in silver playing against masters with gold or platinum teammates.
Forgive the rant but im just glad common sense prevailed as ranked is my favourite gamemode.
