I got to meet him when I was a kid. Wish I still had the picture of me with him. Him and Pastrana and the metal Militia guys were my absolute idols as a kid
Mad respect for this guy, fast as hell, innovator, down to earth and humble. Great spokesman for both of these sports. So sad when I heard of the injury.
Blair Morgan what an inspiration! You sir have all my respect.. Going through everything you did and now giving back to the sport is just awesome.. Thanks for everything!
I remember Dad bringing home a couple old school skidoo’s one day when I was just a kid, maybe 5 or 6. Then watching Blair around the same time, couldn’t help but race around the fields as if I were him. He was my hero, I’ll never forget watching the races with Dad and what a great time it was. It’s been a long time since then but I’m so glad to see Blair again.
In the 10ish years I haven't looked into snocross I forgot he was paralyzed but I also never knew how it happened. It honestly brought tears to my eyes seeing that his actual first love with motorsports ultimately altered his life in one of the most devastating ways possible. My hat is off to him for finding a way to turn it into such a positive outcome for himself is one of the most inspiring things ever. I'll always remember 7c as my favorite and the best to ever run snocross. Not to mention he ran my favorite sled ever, the 440 mxzx REV 😍😍
In 2003-2004 when SkiDoo came out with the 7c BM edition REV, that was the damn sled to have. They were so sought after and rare. Remember those days as it it was yesterday. Kid rode hard and made quite the name for himself in Snocross
Around 2005, my brother bought Blair's own personal 2003 800 open mod sled. The one that he won the 2002-2003 championship on. According to Jamie Anseeuw, Blair had two 2003 mod sleds and the other one was at their Calgary shop. But this one was the main sled that Blair used for racing. The other was more of a backup sled. Anyway, people always thought it was just a Blair Morgan edition and one of us would have to explain that it wasn't an "edition". It was the real thing.
I received a 2004 mxz600ho blair morgan. Unfortunately, it sat for 10 years outside, and the decals could not be saved. It's running now and looking good! What's special about these sleds?
This guy is my hero. My brothers and I used to build mini sno cross tracks around my parents house and pretend we were Superman 7c. So glad to see him doing we'll these days. You rock blair!
I remember Blair at a race in Fulton NY. After the race it was raining so hard he actually came in our trailer and hung out and ate with us. Most down to earth great guy. When I heard of the tragedy I was in shock for days. It's amazing looking at the old footage and seeing how much the sleds have changed. Well best of luck to you.
The sleds only changed because of the way that he road. The "rider forward" style, pioneered on the Rev platform, as entirely designed because Ski-Doo noticed his way of standing while riding. And then every other manufacturer had to catch up, creating their own rider forward designs. If it wasn't for Blair Morgan, people might still be riding long sleds, sitting down with their weight at the back of the tunnel and the weight of the motor way forwards.
Been a fan of Blair for 20+ years, a Canadian Hero. I think it's ironic Jean Sebastien Roy's final professional race, as well as Blair's, was the Montreal Supercross in 08'. I wish the two could have stood beside each other that day and retired. When I heard Blair broke his back I was crushed. Glad you made it through Blair.
7c is a Super Stud he carved the way for Snocross & he put everybody on from them days till now & forever. Blair Morgan 7c name rings bells!! The Michael Jordan of Snocross!!
I remember watching those races and I was a Polaris guy and a Polaris racer would be ahead in the race and you just knew Blair was coming and nearly every time he’d pass and win
I remember a few Mx battle between Blair and JSR...fast'n fierce competitor on the track, yet friendly guy in the pits... Nobody deserve to end welded to a wheelchair doing what they love most... this make me sad... Respect 7c!!!
I mean, I felt the betrayal we as Minnesotan’s felt when Blair left AC killed us. When Blair was paralyzed, we all felt that. 7c means an unreal amount to me. I grew up on snowmobiles. My family was so invested, we all lost it.
This guy is the biggest legend of motocross and snocross. He was and always will be my idol, use to pretend I was taking the checkered flag being blair on my super sport 550 jumping roadways
Man I remember the awesome years which were my favorite of snowcross 01-06 and we were all wearing Blair ski doo jackets and thought we were the bee's knee's for it to lol 😆 good times!
This video deserves way more exposure! Blair will always be my hero! 7c for life 👍👍👍
He's our hero too!

Civilized Delinquent and I just bought one the other day from a guy near Blair’s hometown

Blair was me and my brothers childhood hero. He was the reason we loved Cat and the reason we broke every sled..

Always enjoyed watching you battle with my cousin Earl Reimer!
He changed snowmobiling like tiger woods changed golf.
This guy is the biggest legend of motocross and snocross. He was and always will be my idol, use to pretend I was taking the checkered flag being blair on my super sport 550 jumping roadways

That guy named blair could ride! Such a sad thing. He was and always will be the best.
When Blair goes to be with the Lord {in 98 years} his horse will be Secretariat. Blair is in an elite league even still.
