KAPCO share slight down and trading @ 30.40
Board meeting is expected in September and may give dividend between Rs. 5.5 to Rs.6.00
What was the reason for this?
The notification to the PSX about acquiring a low output solar plant.
Other wise the finances of the company are badly managed as the CFO is not advocating any downstream or lateral activity
The company is just surviving on MO RATE
Wait Watch and see
It is only storm in a TEA CUP as rumor goes that Mansha group is interested in this share and secondly about the material disclosure to PSX in which they have showed EOI in purchasing stakes in another wind power generation company in Sindh.
If the bid is successful they will become the majority shareholders in this wind power generation
but it has tobe approved by the SECP and relevant regulatory authroties and shareholders approval in an EOGM
Entry in share at this inflated level is not advised.
Buy under Rs. 29.00 and hold till September
Kapco share is slowly going up and it may touch Rs, 32 by end of August
and may give Rs. 3.00 dividend again
KAPCO Share always amazes me as I once considered myself a master of Kapco but This stock made my calculations wrong
Share is still going strong and It should consolidate between 24 to 25
Will give again dividend in Aug / Sep
Buying in small quantities
KAPCO has announced dividend of Rs. 4.5 again my prediction proves correct
Share price will further go up to Rs. 33. and after XD will come down to Rs. 25/-
Buy after XD
BOD is scheduled to be held on 26-02-2024
Expected dividend is Between Rs. 4.50 to Rs.500
Share is over inflated and entry in this share at this stage is not advised.
Buy after XD between Rs. 21 to 22/-
Kapco share price went up to Rs. 30 + and has now come back and settled below @ Rs. 28+
The share is now in a consolidation phase and may shoot up to Rs. 32/- in the January 2024
The board meeting will be called in end of February 2024 and expected dividend will be announced in March between Rs. 4.50 to Rs. 5.00
Accumulate and and consolidate this share for next year

HBD. Sir why the would liquidate it when they are earning salaries and perks from this unoperational plant. Rumours are there,instead they are considering to invest in solar to save their stake. Why they should consider merit being the fact they are using this cash from last many months may b more than a year without renewal of power purchase agreement only to receive salaries. There are many companies on PSX who holds a lot of cash to show their assets to get loans and they dont pay share holders timely dividends so they get desperate and sale their shares and many other such white collar crimes to grab money. But Alhamdulillah pakistan is fostering.
