I haven't got any statement as yet although someone called me last time & promised me & said to me almost 3 months before,"You'll get your physical & e-statement timely. But I haven't got any single statement in ELEVEN years time! Although I got Dolman Loyalty & ATM cards but Never got any statement. Every time I've to visit my branch to request for the statement and I filled out the statement request form everytime but I haven't got any physical or any e-statement statement! Every time you charge amount with tax in cash from me but Never give any receipts. Although it's your work to provide me free twice a year. How reckless bank is BML even after changing name! The worst ill mannered psychological staff especially from Tariq Rd branch(Always busy in TV drama discussion I stead of doing work, & waste my precious time), Sadder mobile market branch(Psycho manager abused and forced me to tell in Urdu & told me until you won't speak Urdu I won't deposit your amount!!! I think all of you have any psychological disorders including OCD & dementia that always neglect my serious complain and forget to send statement! Or you all are involved in any crime like your worker Laraib/Arbab from Karimabad branch who planned of my amount snatching!
