@@NajraKhatun-d4s no,it boosts both offensive stats,not just electric moves.I knew about speed,but I just want to explain why people assume pikachu would beat charizard,also that’s very depends on their ivs evs and natures.If pikachu was faster it would very likely to just erase him from existence idk..

Mr. Rime doesn't exist in Pokemon SV, so they has to put one Pokemon from Leon's game team as a substitute
for Red, maybe cuz of his anime team is too weak
