Red won because red had 1mascot legendary and two legendary birds(normal legendaries)and bonnie had only 1 mascot legendary squishy(zygarde)which is 4 times weak against ice but red's mascot legendary does has any 4 times weakness.

Bonnie can win if espurr uses light screen and reflect,squishy used dragon dance and then extreme speed and core enforcer on mewtwo and even if mewtwo used ice beam squishy will not faint because of light screen and squishy will transform into its complete form,tyrandrum used crunch(super effective against mewtwo) ,dedenee used nuzzle which paralyses the opponent,phantump can use leed seed and forest curse and lapras used whirl pool
