Hey mate. Go to live data and inspect your injector compensation values. They should remain near 0. If number 3 injector is far high or low compared to the other injectors then this may indicate a faulty injector. Is the rough idle fine after warm up?
If the rough idle is fine after warm up then i would be starting at the glow plug. Check for glow light when you cycle key to ignition. Check all fuses. Check power at glow plug when key is cycled to ignition. Remove glow plug, add power and see if glow plug works. Only do this if you know what you are doing or you can damage or hurt yourself.

What was the fault, why did you decide to check, was the chain making noise?
