No need to take the engine out.
Just removing the radiator will make enough room to work.

Where is timing marks that is what I need
Checked glow plugs all working except cylinder 1 stuck in unable to remove but swapped injector two with three still shows fault at injector three?done continuity test ohms on wiring injector harness to ecu plug all read the same?
You will probaly find engine wire harness conduit has rubbed through your injector wiring or injector wiring rubbing under that black cover. Don't rely on continuity test as it can lie to you.

@marek35 Inspect the timing chain for wear or slack during regular services, and replace if excessive play is found.
Can you tell me at what milage this is? Or km?
It can happen at any time. Poor servicing and oil can cause this problem.

Hi I have Fuso 3.0 4p10 issue rough idle cold start after 2min . Codes read injector 3 fuel quantity exceeds upper limit and glow plug 1 malfunction and glow plug control issue any ideas?
Hey mate. Go to live data and inspect your injector compensation values. They should remain near 0. If number 3 injector is far high or low compared to the other injectors then this may indicate a faulty injector. Is the rough idle fine after warm up?
If the rough idle is fine after warm up then i would be starting at the glow plug. Check for glow light when you cycle key to ignition. Check all fuses. Check power at glow plug when key is cycled to ignition. Remove glow plug, add power and see if glow plug works. Only do this if you know what you are doing or you can damage or hurt yourself.
