+Notorious Park This is called any%, which means ending the game the fastest way possible. The current any% tas has a different route but this is what was thought to be the fastest one since shoryuken saves so much time with the refights but loses time in having to get all items. However, RTA (Real-Time Attack) speedruns still use the shoryuken since most of the optimizations are precise and won't help without frame-by-frame slowdowns.
