- 30 Minute Harmonizing Yoga Flow - Nice and Easy, Practice for Inner Peace is a good practice for all levels set in the beautiful landscape of Norway at Nøsen Yoga. When you want to wind down, take it easy and still work your core strength, utilizing the abs, and upper body for better arm balances, inversions, self-confidence and a nice feeling in the body. This is a great total body yoga practice to feel good.

My goodness you say “nice and easy” so much. You said it once, sometimes twice for every single pose in this practice. I love your lessons so much but honestly I think sometimes I just want a moment of quiet while holding a pose
