Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Rinse 2 bags of cranberries
Boil 1 cup of OJ and add 1 cup of gran sugar
Add cranberries
Add cinnamon and cook down for about 10 mins
Let stand and chill before serving
Add orange wedge for garnish
Brussel Sprouts
Saute Bacon
Remove bacon and add shallot
Cut brussels to bite size and put on sheet pan
Add bacon, shallot, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and balsamic glaze and bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees, can broil at end.
Top with Pomegranate seeds
Sweet Potato Casserole
Boil sweet potatoes
Peel and add to pan and mush in pan
Add one egg, milk on top and a little bit of sugar
Melt butter and make crumb topping by adding brown sugar and flour to desired consistency
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Candied Sweet Potatoes
Boil Sweet Potato and peel
Roll in gran sugar
Saute in butter
Green Bean Casserole
Saute shallot in half stick of butter
Add mushrooms and cook down
add 2 cups of cream
add fresh nutmeg
Boil green beans
Add soup and fried onions
Baked for 20 mins at 350-375
Mac & cheese
Melt butter and add some flour
add cream and slowly stir in cheddar cheese
Pour over noodles
Add breadcrumbs
Bake for 20 mins at 350
Cauliflower is a cheese sauce with mustard, mayo and paprika
Turkey is basted in butter and garlic and topped with bacon
Corn is canned
Stuffing my husband makes which is just onion, celery and sage
WINE IS A PINOT NOIR
