I love Keri so much, always been a fan. I remember her from The New Mickey Mouse Club in the 90's when I was a kid. She is really talented, I know a lot of people remembers Britney, Justin, Christina and Ryan but I remember her. For some reason I remember she was the lead on the show, so happy for her and all she is doing.
Ok I finally looked up what years I watched the MMC because I've heard about Britney and Timberlake (didn't know about Russell though!) for decades but never understood why I didn't recognize them. I think I watched MMC from 89 to 91 (not religiously), and to me, the members were mainly Albert, Chase, DeeDee, Tiffani (RIP), and Damon, because I remember their music videos and I still own the first "The Party" CD to this day 😂 Britney, et al. joined around 93, by then I wasn't watching MMC anymore.
as a little kid who sneaked in some Married... With Children without my parents' permission, I remember seeing her on one epsiode when Bud Bundy was in college trying to win her affections versus this Russian basketball player a foot taller than him. I always thought Christina Applegate was pretty and so damn funny as Kelly, but I saw Keri and she became one of my first actress crushes.

I reluctantly watched Cocaine Bear and I thought it would be so bad that I would stop watching after 15 minutes. But it was so much better than I thought it would be, the action sequences were so well done and hilarious. I was laughing out loud several times throughout the movie, that rarely happens.
I've seen The Americans and The Diplomat, and her Star Wars thing, and that's it. Never saw an interview with her. It's so fun when an actor is so different from their characters. She's delightful. And man, she can wear some clothes. She and Robin Wright in House of Cards-no one looks better in clothes.

And yes, of COURSE it was just a TV show, but one of the disqualifying conditions for being in national security is a sense of humor about your job.

Scott is bff’s with Seth’s brother and because Seth is so close with his brother and lived with his brother at one point. They all would hang out together. And Scott was on Seth about year or more ago and they talked about old times and it was really cool to see how close they were.

Even if he occasionally looked ridiculous when he would offer his hand to a guest who ignores or dismisses it. He looks like such a gentleman when they take him up on it. he’s done this before! but i notice for certain situations! i think keri was moving kinda fast so he didn’t get a chance. and usually with politicians, he keeps greetings professional. not to say helping someone in heels up a platform is masculine/dominant energy, but i think he realizes how that could affect female politicians in their career.

The Diplomat is top tier stuff! It does annoy me though, that they give you this false impression that there are actually people that intelligent and competent working in Government, all evidence to the contrary.
The career officers in the foreign service *are* that intelligent and competent, generally. It’s the politicians and political appointees that aren’t. And they actually lean into that difference, like with the Prime Minister who’s kind of a Trump or BoJo type.
