You can propagate the same way in a pot. Put in your soil and plant the rhizomes in the soil and water. Cutout 3/4 of leaves to prevent it drying out. Place the pot in a shaded place. Make sure the soil is always moist. All the best!

You just harvest and use it fresh .You can store it longer if needed. you can store it in the freezer for as long as you want
