Let's acknowledge that Syndrome, the most evil character in Pixar's history, gets a lower sentence than Doofenshmirtz, who needs Perry to wear a hat to realize he's an agent and not just a platypus.
Not to mention how doof redeemed himself and has done a LOT of good things.

Yeah, I didn't even think of those. I replied to another comment that mentioned the poisoning of the health inspector, and I added on to that with all of the public endangerment, hit and run, and property damage in boating school, like you mentioned, I added the countless charges of breaking and entering of Squidward's house, and literally Stalkerish behavior, like sneaking into his house when he's sleeping or in the bath/shower, and let's not forget the property damage for causing the destruction of poor Squidward's house on several occasions. I knew there were more, that was just off the top of my head. Man, Spongebob is going away for a looooooong time. If you add everything up, we're talking about a freaking life sentence here.

Oh, believe me, if you add up all of the crimes he's committed along the course of the show, he would have a freaking life sentence. I know it's hard to believe, but if you look at some of the other comments and really think of all the destruction and chaos that he's, albeit, unwittingly caused, it really adds up.

It's crazy how he will escape prison on March 28th considering his threat to take over the world, but we don't know which year he escapes, so we could be safe until after the sun explodes, likely caused by him.

Now, I haven't actually seen Phineas and Pherb, but I have seen some things on Dr Doofenshmirtz, and didn't he join the same spy organization as Perry the Platypus? If so, then, he'd probably have the same thing as Gru and be acquitted of his crimes and his record wiped.

On behalf of several Ben 10 fans, I'm surprised Vilgax isn't on the list.
War crimes, mass destruction, tyranny, and attempted universal domination.
That should land Vilgax close to at least 900 million years in prison. Maybe more since Vilgax has done pretty much every evil deed in the book just to get the Omnitrix.
