I'd wait for the 4090 to drop since the 3090 and G100 only have a slight difference. G100 has like 512 mb vram while The 3090 has only 24 gigs. A couple of cuda cores vs 10k cudea cores, what's the difference smh. Good idea on holding off

The way he defined unity and talked about the NPC's density and how live the crowd was- it gave the game a different feeling ,Unity was seriously a good game,it was different compared to the rest of the game in the ac series ,as a game it didn't deserve the hate but optimization and a different story line made everyone hate it. At least now it shines ,played it on my 3060Ti it was absolutely beautiful and I still cant believe it was released back in 2014.
The stuttering in Revelations is actually not because of the high fps. That is a really common bug in Revelations. You need to delete a certain file I think to get rid of that bug.

from what i've read, the AA in Valhalla renders the game in lower res if set low. So you dont really get a 4k native image. EDIT: from a Forum Post: "It’s not AA and it’s not 4k. The AA setting controls what internal resolution is used to reconstruct up to the chosen output resolution. AA set to High means you’re running your set resolution (so 4k), AA set to Medium means you’re running at 90% of your set resolution and then reconstructing up to your set resolution, and then AA set to Low is the same thing but 83%"

The Story, mainly cause it was a love story( to me it wasnt a big deal) No one hated on the setting of the game, i would say the setting is fucking perfect, they did a really good job with it. The only problem i have with the game is people speaking in American Accent, they could have atleast gone for native french people speaking in english or people who can speak english in the french accent since Ubisoft is literally a French company💀 just for that extra bit of immersion.
The flickering in Assassin's Creed Revelations happens because of a corrupted file called systemdetection.dll. If you delete it the game will stop flickering.
Assassin’s creed iii/iv needed a few driver/.ini tweaks to run it at max settings. Just played through it a few months ago and triple buffering plus driver enforced vsync was a must.
Hey Kryzzp, if you go to control panel then go to mouse settings and pointer options you should turn of the “enhance pointer precision”. It’s gonna take some time to get used to but trust me your aim in fps games will be better. But if it’s already off then you don’t have to.

PhysX is just completely broken in Black Flag. I was playing it on a 3060 Ti a while back and it dropped massively at times even at 1080p with PhysX turned on.

Told ya a 3080 and even a 3080 ti couldn't do Assassin's Creed Valhalla above 60 all the time. If you don't have g-sync, you'll have to adjust resolution scale to 90% at 4k. I got as low as 49 fps at 4k max everything. Antialiasing and depth of field kill it. It can also be hard to bench becaue of dynamic weather and volumetric clouds. You may get good frames one play, then when the weather changes, maybe lower.Thanks for doing this. People kept telling me I was full of it. I don't like the fact that it gets sub 60 at times and that you have to drop a couple settings(it's a friggin 3080 in my case, and a Ti in yours)........because I was using a TV without VRR, so I just got a 240 hz 1440p G-sync ultimate monitor. When gaming on a tv one frame below refresh is a nightmare. I think the 3080 is going to be relegated to 1440p titles rather quickly. The Ti will be alright for the most part for a bit. Honestly, I'd prefer high refresh to 4k anyway.

As you were talking about the faces that were not visible in the starting, It was just because of the mission. The Animus faces some Glitches that causes the faces to be not visible. It was not a bug from the g100, it was just coded in the game And also in Revelations, you faced some mouse movement bugs right? It was because of the new version update which just broke the game for new GPUs. If you want to experience the game nicely you have to download the old versions

love these vids do them for HIGH and LOW end gpu as well as cpu and then maybe try and build a pc with specialized parts to see how much difference certain stuff can be on gaming example 4th gen setup with normal 1333mhz ram vs 2100mhz DDR3 or higher and maybe show us how much cooling has an impact.
great video, but if you tested odyssey and valhalla on 1440p as well it would've been the best. This is probably the best benchmarking channel in my opinion.
I actually sat down yesterday and played assassin's creed 2 for like 35 hours non stop to just beat the story with no breaks I nearly went for a 100% completion but I got way too tired and had to stop at 80% but still

What an upgrade from the G100
AC Odyssey is likely performing worse because the clouds are broken. Turning them down to high nets you about 40% more performance.
They aren't "broken", they add an unlimited sample count.
This was great to watch, apart from the performance test it has shown how much the graphics have improved throughout the years.

I get 100+ frames consistently at max settings on ac origins at 1440p with the 3080ti. I think 1440p is the sweet spot for this card.
