Another great build and great video, David. Sorry to read that it's the last for a while - not too long, I hope! Thanks as always for sharing your great skills.
Probably your best build yet David! It's clear to see that your skills are getting better with every model. Thanks for taking the time to share your work.
Hi David, I always find your build very inspiring, and it keeps me pushing my skill forward whenever I think I've put in my best. Thank you very much for taking the time to film it down and share with the community.. A very Big thank you to you.. Quester Singapore
After you familiarized yourself with the models of airplane workshops, I decided to try my hand at it. These are not vehicles that I have been doing for a few years and the first model of the aircraft has many mistakes but making it gives me a lot of fun and satisfaction.
Well done David, superb results as always from you. You have very great skills and always produce fantastic models that the rest of us can only dream about. Have fun with your next build, when ever that will be, Joe
Unbelievable. A true Master builder. I think everyone should stop making modeling videos and just watch yours. Your builds always blow my mind. A true inspiration. Well done and never stop. All the best.
Это была модель последней детали. У меня нет на это времени. Я создам более стандартные комплекты Airfix. That was last detail model. I do not have time for this. I will build more standard Airfix kits.
You're skill is fabulous. My question is would a fuel drop tank have weathering? Except for the storage and mounting, they would be lost after the first flight, wouldn't they?
The finished effect it stunning, Am looking forward to trying these techniques on a larger scale I.E. Electric RC size. Could you please tell me the title of the music being played during the painting of the fuel tank please???
Your work is truly incredible I love watching your videos I learn so much. I have a question, you apply your flat coat after decals apply your pigments and washes do you clear coat again once finished?
I use white filters all the time on my camouflaged planes. Usually i go for a pin wash in black or dark brown, some spot chipping and a white filter. However, after watching your video's, i use dark oil washes on bare metal planes nowdays.
Hi Dave, awesome skills you showing my modelling made a quantum leap since watching your videos. I have two questions: after the oil wash do you coat with 100% matt varnish or do you use a ratio of matt and gloss. Which psi do you use for German ww2 aircraft Moetels like this 109 or your Me262? Thanks
david have you thought about doing a battle damaged WWII fighter.. maybe a strafe of bullet holes across the wing. with some slight panel damage. or maybe flak damage with a larger jagged hole and lots of chipping?.. i think you could pull it off quiet well
when you added the oil leaking from the fuel tank you could have usdd a thiner single drop of paint and spray it with air using empty airbrush. that way th oil would have had more realism. same technique can be used with pigment or oil paint for the shadings of the exhaust pipes over the fuselage.
Stuart Taylor I believe that the silver is a greasy lacquer paint so the top layer cannot stick to it very well, this makes it easy to remove. Since the silver paint is lacquer it is very strong an won't easily come off.
Amazing work. I'm just blown away. A true artist.
I can not even begin to tell you how much I love the bf109, and this is the Mona Lisa of models...speechless!
You´r awesome, your modeling makes me feel the need to resume my old modeling. New tools and paints are great

"Never underestimate the power of the humble paint brush". I like it. I have no airbrush, this makes me feel better!

You're skill is fabulous. My question is would a fuel drop tank have weathering? Except for the storage and mounting, they would be lost after the first flight, wouldn't they?

Awesome build sir!
I know that being British I shouldn't, but I do think that the BF 109 was a beautiful aeroplane
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!
The finished effect it stunning, Am looking forward to trying these techniques on a larger scale I.E. Electric RC size. Could you please tell me the title of the music being played during the painting of the fuel tank please???
do you make the scrathes just after airbrushing it? or do you wait for the paint to fully dry
very good work. I like it very much.
Your work is truly incredible I love watching your videos I learn so much. I have a question, you apply your flat coat after decals apply your pigments and washes do you clear coat again once finished?
Great work, after al the weathering and the use of dry pigments do you spray the model with a clear coat again?
Awesome build
Beautiful! Keep up the great work!
Really nice work !!!!!
Where to buy the rotating mirror?
regards
Ziu
Great video! Gret job! Magically! )!
How many hours cunningly on this work?
thx!Creative successes!

Waaaaa amazing.... Any tips on how to paint an Tamiya F14 1:32 scale? :D
Wow... That is absolutely beautiful. Do you prefer enamel paints or acrylic?
Amazing work once again!
Stunning work...
Hello David, just wondering what kind of varnish do you use and how many layers do you apply before put enamel panel liner and washes.
Nice! I'm doing something similar to monograms 77th scale Ford trimotor. Lotta formers and longerons
Hello. Great work!! What brand of paint is that? AK.....?
Как всегда супер. что за музыка с 8й минуты?
Hi Dave, awesome skills you showing my modelling made a quantum leap since watching your videos. I have two questions: after the oil wash do you coat with 100% matt varnish or do you use a ratio of matt and gloss.
Which psi do you use for German ww2 aircraft Moetels like this 109 or your Me262?
Thanks
Magnificent. Bravo.
Just one more Question, at the end of this weathering are you going to apply a new coat of mate or satin varnish?
david have you thought about doing a battle damaged WWII fighter.. maybe a strafe of bullet holes across the wing. with some slight panel damage. or maybe flak damage with a larger jagged hole and lots of chipping?.. i think you could pull it off quiet well
when you started to paint with oils, the model was on a flat or gloss varnish?
Hey David, will you be at AeroExpo in Brasov, Romania?
Excellent as usual.! (but I cant find video parts no. 2&3......=(
part 3. th-cam.com/video/47tqvokcpjA/w-d-xo.html
part 2 th-cam.com/video/iDlxp5oITbE/w-d-xo.html

Great detail on that model. What brand is it?
Do you overcoat the paint with clear coat or Future before weathering?
Wow. Great wear marks! How about battle damage?
VERY nice! Thank you learned much.
excellent Video can you list 1.2, and 3 for me
Were can you buy these? (Not on Amazon) pls someone tell me
hi pal, how come the toothpick isn't taking the silver paint off Too? or are you just being gentle? thanks, stu
Stuart Taylor
I believe that the silver is a greasy lacquer paint so the top layer cannot stick to it very well, this makes it easy to remove. Since the silver paint is lacquer it is very strong an won't easily come off.
oh right, thank you. I don't suppose you know of any companies that sell it do you? I've just started modelling again, thanks chin chin.
Where can I find that kit?
Good work, as always!
Photoetched for bf-109F-4 is suitable with bf-109G6?
Opravdu velmi povedená práce, obdivuji každý z Tvých modelů. Zajímalo by mě, kolik hodin průměrně strávíš na jednom model a kolik hodin tomu týdně věnuješ?

GOOD JOB David
how do you add gun shots to a tank?
Is that the new Tamiya kit with eduard decals?
Parabéns Belo Trabalho
hi! before when you chipped the fuel tank with he tootpick, you used a chipping fluid coat? or without chpping fluid?
without chipping fluid. I do not have this stuff.
I bought a tiny 1:72 revell panther for my first ever build, and I was wondering what type of paints should I use( I would use revell aqua) ?
revell aqua are very good paints. I recommend using thinner. Aqua Colour Mix Thinner. Water is not bad but with this thinner are perfect.
PLASMO - plastic models and sinthethic brushes, right ?
PLASMO - plastic models or I can connect my vacum cleaner to an airbrush :)
