I work for an outdoor fitter and the Swedish dishcloth is awesome recommendation. Plan on hitting Art Loeb Trail this year. Found your channel. Love it ✌️
Gregory has a 3L waist pack that zips across the top so you don't have the problem of stuff falling out. Also has two other zip slash pockets. It's essential to my kit for all the reasons you said! ❤️
Great favorites list! Love the Gossamer Gear pad ... use it every trip and it'd be on my list as well along with an umbrella! My favorite new thing is the HMG Ultamid 4 for the trips with my mom ... thing is an absolute palace for us + Sally! Just picked up the half insert for it to test run it as a tent when solo hiking with Sally ... hoping it works well for next years adventures! Happy trails :)
@@hikingwithrae it was spendy I won't even lie about that ... I got a deal on the outer portion through Mountain Crossings which I was grateful for. But it's priceless as far as setup time goes and the interior space along with not having to setup up 2 different tents/setups - we often found ourselves sharing a tent because either there wasn't space or we were too tired to setup both. You can see it in me & Mom's last trip when we did the Standing Indian Loop last month ... th-cam.com/video/WbERxtDTewQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6xWUYB-GDPlr6uPJ&t=4031 ... it should start at the tent up part and then I do an interior space with me standing up in it and showing the side to side space as well.
Here for the vibes! Thanks Rae! Keep hustling!
@@Askfornate thank you!
I came for the sweater... i stayed for your fantastic energy!!❤
I have been wearing my hill people gear running holster as a sling/fanny pack lately, and am just loving it ❤
I also wear glasses, and love a shade/rain umbrella ❤ and as a bonus... it can totally block thermal cameras from reading your heat signature
Thank you! That means a lot and I appreciate it! ☺️
Did not know that but also good to know!

Thank you! I hope you get better weather than we did on the Art Loeb, great hike but way too much fog when we got to the section with 360 views.
