@Randomtv19645 True, but he bullied the other guys. Him bullying Trevor and Vinny I came to accept because they attacked Raj so much. Trev ranks just above Russell as my bottom of S7. Trev wishing harm (their demise) to Sabrina and Raj was utterly unforgivable to me. It's why when Scotley bullied Trev in S17, I had no sympathy. Scotley picked on him and called him "Babygirl." He didn't go so far as wishing him deadly harm. I saw it as karma even though I didn't like it.
Benjamin's behavior on S17 was different because this time he had to be humble. His arrogance attitude from S7 wouldn't intimidate or bother any of them. They would crush his spirit. Just imagine Ben saying "rice is poor people food" around chefs like T, Meghan, Milly, Jennifer, Nick, or any of those veterans. After all, risotto is a form of rice of Ramsay's menu! How dumb! Benjamin on S17 used a facade. Benjamin's "injury" in S7 was a lie. I could not face Hollie beating him fair and square. The "injury" was to pretend that he didn't quit.
Honestly, this ranking is pretty good! Jason was underrated and had some great confessional, Autumn’s underdog run was really good despite being picked on by basically everyone and Holli is a pretty solid winner. Very dominant especially in the Black Jackets.
Ah, Season 7: my intro season to Hell's Kitchen. I'll always be very fond of it for that reason alone. And even then, Jason E was the chef I was rooting for the most. Along with everything you said in this video, he was also pretty funny at times, especially when the final 6 were getting their black jackets and when Jason's name was called to get his, he playfully pushed the other Jason (Blue Jay) out of the way. It still makes me laugh.
Honestly I really like Maria. She's like one of the most memorable donkeys to me ever especially the scene where she says nobody is laughing right after laughing 💀💀💀.
The HK Fandom would f**king die if this list wasn't made. Good one! I personally thought Jason was quite underrated as a contestant. And it's great that you mentioned him being an underdog in this season, so thank you. He really gave it his all despite the Blue Team giving him crap at times.

I think people forget how motherly she actually was to her team. She really loved seeing her team succeed. She also had her burn, which is a great moment in HK history
I didn't and still do not like, I call him "Blue Jay." He was a good chef. His dislike for Autumn and Jason was wrong. Bad jidgement. He showed himself when he befriended Benjamin of all people. He targeted Autumn. When Jason expressed frustration with him in the dorms, Jay acted as if emotion can not be shown during personal time then alleged that Jason couldn't compartmentalize it. Jason would bring it to the kitchen. Clearly, Blue Jay needs to stay in the kitchen. He can not judge character.
The issue was that Holly was named the best of the worst, and considering her showmance with Jay, there was no way in heck she was going to nominate him.

His comment about Benjamin getting the makeover gave me the ick 4. He couldn’t take criticism very well, especially during the Mother Sauce challenge and the presentation challenge 5. He flipped out at Jason for daring to criticize him
Scott is genuinely one of the funniest villains in HK history. He's the perfect combination of smug and useless and he doesn't hang around long enough for him to get grating.
Andrew should’ve been #1. Even though he only lasted 2 episodes, he was funny even though everyone thought he was creepy. Plus walking out of Hell’s Kitchen without your shoes is legendary status.

I'm sorry but your reasoning for Benjamin was ridiculous. First off, Siobhan's sandwich dish at 0:36 was just better than '5 nominations' Fran's dish, not overall best. Second, Ben became bad once he put a red jacket on... have you seen that team? The red team never won a dinner service over the blue team, with or without him. I'd also lose my cool if I was put on their team.

My rankings for each of these seasons are a combination of character personality, impact, and, of course, kitchen skills. His opening night nomination is some of the worst reasoning I've ever heard, and I don't blame him for snapping at Jay for it. He just accepted good enoigh over greatness, which is why he ultimately got 5th, but he's still my favorite chef of season 7. Nilka Hendricks (I've met many people like her in my lifetime, so I can relate very well. Her meltdown is great TV, but it's also just sad to watch a chef who did so well before hand, just failing to do anything right for one night. She wouldn't be this high most seasons, but she gets the runner up here.) 3. Salvatore Coppola (The worst chef of the season sadly, but his personality more than makes up for it.) 4. Autumn Lewis (7 nominations. Some bullshit. And she still made 4th place. Come on, that's impressive as hell.) 5. Scott Hawley (One of the most entertaining characters ever. This guy is so full of himself at all times (except when helps Salvatore, which is admittedly sweet), and it's just so hilarious whenever he fails to back it up, which is most of the time.) 6. Jay Santos (I would despise him if I met him, but I can’t deny his talents and great leadership. But there has to be some knock to him of being a blue team sous chef when he couldn't even beat Holli.) 7. Holli Ugalde (The most forgettable winner in HK history, but at least you can argue she used her flirting with Jay to her advantage to help herself win.) 8. Ed Battaglia (Pretty likeable, just had a horrible collapse.) 9. Fran Klier (Another memorable donkey that even when she did well, she fucks up with one of the worst nominations of all time.) 10. Siobhan Allgood (She's sweet. That’s not particularly enough for me to put her too much higher.) 11. Maria Torrisi (A good TV donkey, but not as memorable as ones in the past.) 12.
