@@gourmetjayy To reproduce this bug, go to the shooting range , put on 4-pc Heartbreaker with Technician and a weapon with the Link Laser Pointer. Set a target to Named at 5 meters. Shoot the target in the torso, just enough to create a couple of bars of bonus armor. Wait 5 seconds or until the BA disappears and shoot the target again. Make sure you do NOT shoot the target in the head. You will see that after waiting 5 seconds, you no longer create bonus armor. To re-proc Heartbreaker you must either kill the target or get a headshot. Torso shots, even with the Link Laser Pointer, will not re-proc. I am not sure if this is a HB bug or a Link Laser Pointer bug. This bug is 100% reproducible in the shooting range, but only intermittently in the field. Often, when using a shotgun, you will inadvertently get a headshot even when shooting the torso and this hides the bug.
@iU9LY no, that's not how it's supposed to work. If it were a true cooldown of some type, you would not be able to reproc simply by hitting a headshot. And a cool down is the amount of time you have to wait for something to start working again. This 5 seconds is the amount of time you have to wait for it to stop working.

Go to the shooting range, set a target to 5m and Named difficulty. 3. Shoot the target in the torso only, just enough to create some bonus armor, but do not kill the target. 4. Wait 5 seconds or until the borus armor is gone (your choice) and shoot the target in the torso (no headshots). Notice, you no longer create bonus armor. In order to start generating bonus armor again, you either need to hit a headshot or kill the target. This is not how it is supposed to work. Some people tell me this is a cooldown, but a cooldown forces you to wait for the effect to start working again, not wait for it to stop working. Now, put on the Hunter-Killer chestpiece in addition to the 4-piece Heartbreaker 1. Kill the target 2. Shoot the target in the torso until you get quite a bit of bonus armor, but don't kill the target. As you do this, notice that the Hunter-Killer will increase your weapon damage by 40% over 10 seconds. According to the description this increased weapons damage will remain as long as you have bonus armor. 3. Stop shooting and wait about 5 seconds. You should still have bonus armor. Continue shooting then target in the torso. Notice that your damage has dropped back down to the base level. As with the bonus armor bug, if you hit a headshot or kill the target, the increased weapon damage from the Hunter-Killer will return. Again, this is not how it is supposed to work.
