For me a few things would need to be remedied.... power-lines... see if they can be placed underground.... then the wine area being at the front of the home is a bit odd.... guess they were going for the WOW but to have a wet bar in the foyer of the home is a bit off putting.... also there's no yard..... and too close to neighbors.... I may be okay living out in the country with propane and leach field septic if this costing this much and I can buy a home for below 1M and have 2 acres of land even though those acres are narrow like a landing strip.... LOL
You bring up some valid points! It’s always interesting to see how different layouts can impact a home’s functionality. The idea of having a wet bar in the foyer is definitely a unique choice! :)
For 5 million, a power line runs right through the site. Seriously? Who would want to live with constant electromagnetic radiation? They talk about how harmful microwave ovens are, but they only turn it on for a couple of minutes. And here it's constant.
You raise a valid point! Living near a power line can definitely raise concerns about electromagnetic radiation. It’s important to weigh the pros and cons before making such a significant investment. :)
