Wow! This home simply put is an oasis! It's insanely gorgeous. I looove the organic modern feel. The floorplan is amazing and unique. The finishes, the trim carpentry. Just jaw dropping. My only nit is primary sinks in an island. Very starter home. Nobody likes to sit and eat looking at a sink of mess or dishes. No one wants to clean before they eat. I love them at the window. Stoves at window is gonna be a streaky mess the first time grease pops. Much harder to keep clean than a backsplash. All subjective to my preference of course. Sinks in an island was a deal breaker when I bought, but hell I'd learn to live with it in that gorgeous property.

I know this is ridiculous, but why take the time to open a glass shower door? It’s a g l a s s door, we can see what looks like inside the shower! 😂. Thanks for the great quality video!
Beautiful home, but it’s hard to believe that the price of a square footage in Dallas is comparable to the price of the square footage of a home in a luxury neighborhood in LA.
A transitional house is a great concept! It provides individuals with a supportive environment as they work towards stability and independence. its a mixture of traditional with modern. :)
Very beautiful modern design. But for 6 million you could have installed a normal gas stove, not this monster, decent interior doors, removable shower heads and hanging toilets.
I totally understand where you're coming from! The close proximity can be overwhelming sometimes, especially when you're paying a premium for your space. :)
Sincerely this house hardly worth more than a million and a half, it ‘s nice but don’t worth what they are asking for it , I wouldn’t pay for it. We can buy a house for two millions a much better and luxury and better test. I’m sorry but’s the real true

Have you taken the consideration of the Preston Hollow location? 3 quarters acres lot itself there is worth $2 million+.
Though I agree it’s overpriced based simply on the building itself, to say it’s worth less than 2 millions is ridiculous considering today’s market
