URGENT Hi, I applied for uk student visa for jan intake on 20th Nov, there is a delay cuz of nsf and I have an interview set up by UKVI on 22nd Jan. My classes started from 15th Jan m. Informed my uni that the delay is from UKVI. They say you will not be eligible for psw if you don’t start classes from 15th jan. Is that true? I am aware of a few students in the same situation last year but they got their psw. Please advise
Yes you are eligible for psw as the delay is from home office And psw depends on completion your degree not dates So try to mail the university and let them know about the entire situation

Kindly check the job market of uk Check the occupation shortage list as well. Check on LinkedIn, indeed, reed, monster job vacancy for data analytics. Uk is not a very good market for freshers those who have skills, experience and knowledge in a particular domain then it’s worth coming and studying. This is what I have learned with my experience.

Usually it’s very difficult for TA to get sponsor unless QTS or pgce is there.

You need to check the shortage skill occupation list . As far I know there are lots solicitor who have open their own firm and doing business.

Yes English proficency you can apply if all your education is in English then you can apply
