Aw this is so helpful, my attention span isn't the best in class haha!
My best advice to waking up earlier than necessary is to wake up early enough that you have time to sit down and eat breakfast and have a drink and just chill out for a bit, not having to rush. Then you are a bit more awake and very calm for getting ready and going to school.

i always eat apples in the morning and i think i trick myself into thinking im eating candy because the apples i get are sweet and crisp and delicious. i really recommend you eat apples if you're not a breakfast person. they give me so much energy. my favorites are honeycrisp, the best apples on the face of the earth

I have 8 am class a few times a week so I need to wake up like 6:40 to make it ontime to class. First thing I do is fix my bed then wash my face with cold water. If I have a hard time waking up I try meditation. Also... coffee and yes eat breakfast. Drink plenty of water. I have the hardest time to stop yawning in class.
Saph M My class starts at 8:15am, I wake up at 7:45am I go out my contacts in, I grab something quick for breakfast and I eat it in the car. When I get to school I yawn like crazy.

ωєℓℓ, I go to elementary yet I need to focus more. I get up at 6 and leave at half 8 and it doesn't really help in my first lesson yet it does in my 3rd calls, English. My teacher says I have a gift for it

+Evangelyn Hsu I mean, her being sponsored doesn't make her opinions less valid? It doesn't make her tips less useful/less true. It just means she was sponsored to do something. Which there is nothing wrong with.
You should actually be happy that she's being sponsored cause that means she's actually able to make money off of this (how many people can actually turn a hobby into a money making thing?)

Today in class my teacher was humiliating me because I'm really bad at focusing it almost made me cry 😪😪
not to be annoying but you want to wake up in REM you don't want to wake up when you are in deep sleep. but you want to wake up at the end of REM... idk if that makes sense but its actually true.
Im in jr high and our teacher lets us pick our seats. I walk to school every morning so I could probably get there earlier but I guarantee you that my friends will come and sit with me wherever I am, Which causes me to be more distracted. I have a pack of mints I could use and I have faith in myself to stay awake but Im worried about my friends coming to sit with me and they probably wont listen or will get upset if I tell them off... any suggestions?
