The Dakar pants and jacket have been used in both the Dakar and Africa Eco Race rallies. Individuals have different tolerances to heat and cold. We have riders who go to the deserts of Africa in heavier riding gear and also those who prefer just a race jersey. From our experiences if you want a jacket the Klim Dakar is extremely well ventilated and lightweight and fit for purpose. As shown in the video it's all about personal preference. The jacket plus lighter armour will give you similar comfort in the heat to heavier armour and a race jersey set up.

Nice showcase! What r these gentlemen's height/weight? I'm interested in the gear they're wearing but I'm unsure of sizing. I figured they'd be a good benchmark.

Both around 88kg. AJ 188 cm and Chris 179 tall.
