Hello friends. Thank's for watching. Lots of you have shared with us that you love and adore scenic drive videos, so we’ve opened completely new 4K Amazing Scenic Drives Channel th-cam.com/channels/qROFpwrzPDC8B8oa45rjwg.html
I made this drive the morning after my wife and I got married the night before. It was a great fun drive even though I was hungover. My wife had to drive back to Lahaina where we were staying. But the scenery was spectacular. We rented a Volkswagen but so it was easy to drive. We loved Maui, especially the road to Hana.
I was glad to find this video to give me a better idea about what I would be up against when driving it. It was looking better than I thought it would be until I got to about 59:33 where it looks like a one lane curve. I'm not sure of the best way to navigate that. Maybe while honking the horn? I wish I knew as you were passing some of the big landmarks just to get a feel for where you were in the drive. Thanks!
Thanks for the nice drive. Could have done with a lot less teleportation, though, like when you're all of a sudden in a completely different place, different scenery, etc. Sometimes even going what appears in a reverse direction because the mountain was on the opposite side of the road all of a sudden. That was confusing. But it must have been fun to make. Thanks for the ride.
Been on the road to Hana many times. Don't take this video as an end all to the road to Hana because so much is missed with the stops along the way. The rainbow trees and waterfalls and many other stops missed.
Thank you for the ride … Suggestion: Mounting another camera at 90 degrees, facing the ocean side so that you could go split screen on portions that have awe inspiring scenery that is not visible in front of the vehicle. Thanks again.
I really enjoy so many of your on car/bike cam rides down roads and trails. I'd like to make a suggestion for a new type of video: Mount the camera on the front of a small powered boat and film the ride down the stream!
We just took this trip in a 12 passenger tour bus with a crazy driver flying over the bumps and blind turns. Beautiful and terrifying. Don't do it in a nice car lol.
Taking the same road back will be easier. If you do the complete loop and drive on the backside it is a little rougher and car rental companies may not let you.
Yeah, if you continue, that’s “the back road” to Hana. Just search for videos of it and it will tell you all you need to know. And you absolutely will not do it.

Thank you for shooting this video! I am nervous thinking about driving to Hana, it seems not that bad after watching your video
Much more relaxing now that I'm not driving it!
Very satisfying
Everyone: Ah, this is so relaxing.
Drift car drivers: [heavy breathing]

Aloha from Hawai'i. Why not a medley of Hawaiian music?? I played one and turned off the sound of this vid and it was lovely. A hui hou!

Strangely soothing. I wouldn't have thought a driving video would do that but it is. Thanks for making this and posting it. -H
Thanks!

Ginny Bauer Hello! Which tour bus was that. Thank you
woa! canh dep qua!
Where are you on the road at the end of the video? How much further to Hana itself?
So once you get to hana you just turn around and take the same road back? I have some anxiety about driving on tight roads right next to a cliff.

Please label stops in these videos. It’s hard to tell where at on the Road to Hana you are along the way in this video.
