very moody tennessee obscurity from '97, certainly one of many mostly lost but surprisingly good cds like this that came out during the south's heyday from the mid 90s to the mid 2000s or so. i can't really find any info on 10 quezz himself, but if you do a little digging you can track down some of the features - mainly rawlow b, who put out a couple of tapes in the late 90s including 1997's 'Cashvillan' which i'm very excited to listen to. good luck trying to google rapper 'Thug' though lmao
