On your weigh scale side the total weight should read 300 Wait until the timer hits 3 minutes and your coffee should be ready
Your grind size determines the temperature of your water... The finer it is the lower the temperature and the more course it is the higher the temperatures

Am sorry but the bad taste you getting the solution you may need to adjust the grind size coarse if you are using very fine am for total brew time not above 3:30sec if it doesn’t work then the problem is with the roast profile of the coffee beans

Means each gram of coffee is equivalent to 15ml water so if you use 15gms coffee add 225ml

what if i use 90 to 92 degrees of water temperature will my cup not balance ?
If you’re using medium Roasted coffee you can use 88 to 97 that temperature range no issue at all
