Thanks for your tutorials. I made 3 2021 calendar blankets. I love your tutorials. I'm a retired nurse with time on my hands. Thank you again. I also did your 2019 calendar blanket.
Alll of them Wow Jayda I can't believe another year is done.... The 2020 blanket I still need to connect those... This one was way easier, connect immediately. I love all of the strips. 💕💕💕
Hi Jayda, I have enjoyed 2021 mystery mile a minute. This months stitches was the fastest. And I was looking at it and can't choose a favorite. They are all equally beautiful. Thank you Jayda! Waiting for the border...lol!
I can’t believe it!!! This is my very first crochet along Calendar Afghan ever! AND, I made it!!! I’m so excited and ever so thankful for your generosity 🦋🌻🦋
I leRded the crystal wave stitch and it is so cool. It looks like a continous wave. I want to do this stitch in blue multicolor. Then it will look like an ocean 🌊 wave.
I have to say Jayda I LOVE your little yarny girls at the start of your videos. They are sooo cute. My grandson loves them also. He saw me watching one of your videos and they caught his eye.

Hi Sandy, I think that's a lovely idea! If you have any idea what the couple's preferred colours might be, you could make a blanket to match their new family room 💗
Thank you Jayda for giving me something to look forward to each month. I have been crocheting for 40 years and it has been a pleasure to crochet this project with you. I love your enthusiasm and joy that you bring to the crochet world.
Many, many years ago I bought patterns from Annie's to make some. I did one and the book got destroyed in a rare flood at my home. I love the patterns you shared. I didn't get all done as life got in the way but I'm definitely going to finish them. Nice and easy carry along patterns. Thanks for them. I look forward to seeing what 2022 surprise you have for us. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Hugs and love to you and all our yarny family and friends ❤ 🤗😇
I have made 3 of these this year.. for my 3 nieces... One is two shades of Purple... the other two, I used birthstone colors for the strips. I love how they have turned out! My favorite stitch is the High Rise stitch, of which I have incorporated Christmas colors and am doing another blanket for my decorations.
Jada, all I can say is thank you! You are such an inspiration to everyone! I’m 74 and soon to be 75! The picture is recent but I just love your teaching and I too suffer with arthritis in my hands and various parts of my body, so I understand! I know in my heart it’s not always easy to put a smile on your face and face that camera to teach, etc! I use to be on camera in my 30-50 and some days were hard! God bless you my new friend and again I just can’t say thank you enough for all you do for crocheters out there! This Afghan has been such fun! I watch for you each and every month for the new month strips! Just between you and I, I watch others and they are good (don’t get me wrong) but you are by far my favorite! Not only do you teach well, but you bring sunshine to everyone with your beautiful smile that lights up the hearts of many that are going through struggles! Keep that positive attitude because it will come back to you from God in ways you can’t imagine! THANK YOU AGAIN, OVER AND OVER!!!
Omg! Our calendar blanket is almost done! This is my first Calendar crochet along and I have loved it because it’s so easy to get a stripped done in a month. There were a couple of strips that I really struggled with, one being October, but November and now December look easy and quick which I absolutely love! Can’t wait to get started on it tonight. Now I can’t wait for the border tutorial! I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by. Looking at the blanket and remembering how we worked on it each month shows me how quick the year has passed. Thank you so much for this blanket! It’s the first blanket that I’ve made for myself. Now I have to embellish it for each month. Snowflakes for January, hearts for February, shamrocks for March etc. Can’t wait for the border and can’t wait to see what you come up with for 2022! This was amazing thank you so much!
I just finished my blanket.. going to hang it like a curtain on my wall. Can't wait until 2022 calendar blanket. I might make multiples. The boarder tutorial is up it quite easy as fast.
Hi Jayda! Working in a nursing home has kept me so busy this year, with covid and all. I have however watched every video and hope to make this one day. Loved it! Thank you. 🙂
Thank you for this beautiful calendar afghan. I had never done one before but when I saw this one in the beginning of this year I knew it would be a great project to follow along and make every month. So many color ways to create beautiful blankets with the stitches you have given us and I now am thinking of new colors to pick and make another. Thank you again for the fun and beautiful project we all created. 🧶🧶🌷🌷
Thank you so much for this project. I fell 3 months behind related to my dad's kidneys failing. I just started Oct, Nov and Dec. Beautiful. I'm ready to finish this before the end of the year. I've enjoyed your project.
Oh my goodness, how did I miss this for a whole year?? Jayda, I love all your work, you are an inspiration to me, I have made so many of your items! PLEASE, PLEASE say you are going to do another blanket like this next year (2022)!! 🙏🙏🙏
I started the year not even knowing how to crochet and here I am at the end of the finishing my first blanket ... Thank you Jayda this was so much fun .
Thank you so much for this. I've been following you for a while now and have watched a lot of the calendar blankets in the past. This year I decided to work along with this pattern and have made this blanket as part of my wife's Christmas presents. Thank you for your generosity and sharing. Crochet has become a wondeful hobby for me and helps me calm my mind and keep my hands busy.
Merry Christmas Mr. and Mrs. In-Stitches and MomInStitches wishing you all a very safe and happy new year as well and look forward to next year‘s creation God bless! Sure hope we get to have more live chats I really enjoy those in the tutorials are great thanks for the patterns too!
This project was so much FUN! I have never done a CAL before and this was very enjoyable and doable. I liked some of the more involved stitches because it pushed my creativity a bit. I can't wait until we do the border. Thank you! 💜
This was my first crochet along! I was so scared to start in January but you made this so fun and easy. I have looked forward to the first Friday of each month because of this blanket!! Thank you for doing this blanket!!!❤❤
This has been my first crochet along calendar blanket and I have eagerly-awaited every month pattern thank you for all of your generosity and all the different patterns I have learned so much from you and made so many of your tutorials may God bless you and keep you safe and may your New Year be blessed I have loved the January and December patterns because they have been so quick and now I can only crochet just a little bit at a time
Wow! I'm Brenda from Phoenix and I can't believe that I actually stuck with the mmam calendar blanket for 2021 all the way to the end. I loved it because it got me to try all the different stitches. This is the first one I've done where it was a crochet-a-long with someone online. I enjoyed making every stitch for different reasons. There were a couple that I got a little bit out of my comfort zone but it turned out pretty. I was able to be creative and plan my own colors for strip and borders. This blanket will be for me to use as a throw. I use them even in the summer when the air conditioning is on because they are so cozy. Since you are coming out with a border for this blanket I will just wait and border it when you put out the tutorial. Thank you for being so patient with us and being very clear on the counts etc. It was a great year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you Jayda and Mr. In Stitches. May it be a happy and healthy one for you both.
Also my first crochet-a-long project...you've taught me so much and renewed my interest in crochet...the granny square was all i knew and got bored long ago...i used lots of scrap yarn for this blanket...found skeins i paid $1 for not on sale...lol...love crochet again so much i have renewed my yarn stash...I'm going to use my favorite stitch or 2 from this project and make another blanket ...thank you both so very much for these tutorials ❣
I have finished the Mighty Mile a Minute Calendar banket for 2021. I have enjoyed doing it. My least favourite stitch was the July stitch but I did enjoy learning all the stitches. I will use January to April's in another blanket as I think they were my most favourite stitches. This was my very first CAL. I look forward to the 2022 blanket. Russett Greig, North Warwickshire England.
Hi Jada I think you were right this strip was the fastest one, but I loved them all, this is the third blanket I made of yours, I love the calendar ones, it's so much fun waiting to see what's coming each month. Waiting patiently for the border lol thanks for being you, I've loved your channel since I found you, quite a while ago now, keep on crocheting, I'll be waiting for your next blanket, ❤️
Thank you for this challenge. I have looked forward each month to the new stitches. I have done two blankets and looking forward to getting the border on each.
OMG I was so excited to see the notification of the last strip was ready, but also bummed that it's almost over except for the border. Thank you so much I have really enjoyed working this blanket, it will be my go to for a lot of my projects for blankets. Thank you again for an amazing and enjoyable year of fun. Looking forward to what fantastic fun you have in store for us next year. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow. I have made several mile-a-minute blankets. But l didn't know about this method of joining. I plan on this way to join next. Thank you for showing me this .
Can't wait until next calendar blanket. I am pushing myself and doing ornaments. Any simple quick ornaments you recommend. My goal for next year is increase decrease
OMGOODNESS! Thank you Jayda! This was such an easy little afghan! I started it in August and caught up in time for the November strip. I used baby pink and white for the strips and variegated pink, white, and mint green for all the borders on each strip. Granddaughter #5 will love it for one of her Christmas gifts!
This is my first calendar blanket that I have ever made and I anxiously waited to see what you were going to do each month. It has been so much fun and I am also surprised that I was able to finish. Thank you for your wonderful instructions, you make it so easy to follow along. Can’t wait to see what next year’s project will be. Merry Christmas!
I worked as slowly as possible just to make the fun last 😇 and I can't pick a favorite. I love them all 💖 thank you for all the hard work. Happy crocheting
Thank you Jayda, my first Calendar blanket also… each month I look so forward for the next strip pattern….. cannot wait to see what you have in store for next year. Merry Christmas, and God bless!
Thank you Jayda this was my very first Calendar blanket CAL. Thank you for the help adding a strip to the left side. It turned out so nice. Can’t wait to see what border you come up with. I will take photos because I will be sending this to my sister. Much love to you both and the squirrels too. Merry Christmas.
I have been making 6 of these blankets, each different colors, for all my grandkids and kids for Christmas presents. I'm so happy this last strip will be a fast one because I need to get them done. I hope the boarder video comes out really soon so I can get these done. I'm so excited, thank you for helping me through this!
Thank you, Jayda for this year calendar blanket. Enjoyed doing! Can’t wait until this coming year blanket. Have a wonderful holiday season, and Happy New Years
Wonderful project. Thank you guys for the care and ingenuity you put into this. For me, a stretch, but doable. Like the first strip the best. Last strip was by far, for me, the fastest. Have a Great Holiday Season!
Thank you Jayda super excited this is my first big year-long project that I will get to complete 😊. So inspired with all the different stitch patterns.
Hi I am glad that I got to do this game calendar this year. Then when I had problem with is safflower long forget what most that was and all the others are pretty easy and fun to do. This was my first one that I made with you this year and I have fun I'll wait to see what your brother looks like before I decide what motor I want to put on. And God bless you and have a Merry Christmas
This has been so much fun,but unfortunately I’m really behind, trying to get caught up. Thank you Jayda. I think this one will be the fastest hopefully
Oh wow! Can’t believe we are almost done! Thank you so much Jada! I always look forward to the new month to learn a new stitch. This is my first calendar blanket and it was so much fun! Cannot wait to see what you have in store for 2022.
That was so fast, Harry Potter house colour calendar blanket done and now to add the boarder. I have also made a green & white one they look so beautiful. Thank you Jayda & MrInStitches. Hope you both have an amazing festive season xxx
Thanks for another winning strip pattern! I like that one, the Nov one and January’s best. I was able to do all of them except July-had a mental block over that one, but substituted the Feb V-stitch pattern and moved on! I really want to make a vest out of the Nov pattern ad will try to figure that one out after the new year starts. This was so fun-something to look forward to every month and came out with a lovely finish. Thanks so much-you make crochet so fun!
I’m so excited this was released early!! I’m having surgery on Friday so I would have had to wait to do the final strip! This has been my favorite calendar blanket yet!! 💕💕💕💕
Hi it's Katie from UK, I have really enjoyed this project and it has been my favourite cal so far apart from the victorian one, my favourite month was April, to be honest I enjoyed all the months, some of them were a bit challenging but that's what makes it enjoyable. You have been my inspiration and both of you are fun to be with ( as its how it feels when you do your live streams ♥) can't wait for the border tutorial and the next cal blanket. Wishing you both a very happy Christmas and all the best for the new year 😊 take care of each other love from Katie xx🥰💖🎄🎄☃️☃️
I loved waiting every first Friday of each month for the patterns, I’ve learnt so much and this is my first full sided blanket I’ll complete, I’ve done baby blankets, but this is a full one made for me and I’m so please with how it’s come out, thank you so much! Also your personality really kept me motivated on this project etc. thank you so much xxx
I was waiting for the video to come out this Friday, but here it is, a couple of days early...Love it! 💙I can’t wait to finish my blanket, I just have to choose my last two colours! Thanks Jayda for a fun year! 🎉😊🎉
Enjoyed making this along with you every month - my first calendar blanket. While a couple of the strips were a tad challenging ( for some reason my rows ended up off a couple of times ), I have to admit the January & December are my favorites- probably because for me are the fastest. I think I will now use up extra leftover yarn, grab a smaller hook (H), and make a lapgan with those two months patterns . Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us for 2022. Happy ❄️🎄❄️ Holidays
Just finished my calendar afghan. Wish I could figure out how to send pictures, as I colored it for each month. Thank you for all the different MAM patterns.
Ah this look like so much fun to make! I've only just found this.. You.. 😊 I'm looking into changing jobs but hopefully in the new year I can pick this up!! Love the colours.. 😍💜❤️💚🧡💛
November and December was my fastest. December was faster than November to me. I was familiar with both stitches so I moved along very quickly. Now I’m trying to decide which border to use. Thanks Jaydah.
It seems like we just started this and now we're finishing it up. It's been great fun. Now I have to decide what color to do the border in..hmmm..white? red? green? Yes, mine is in Christmas colors. It's been so fun! Thank you for putting this together for us. Can't wait for the next one!
Thanks for your tutorials. I made 3 2021 calendar blankets. I love your tutorials. I'm a retired nurse with time on my hands. Thank you again. I also did your 2019 calendar blanket.

OMGOODNESS! Thank you Jayda! This was such an easy little afghan! I started it in August and caught up in time for the November strip. I used baby pink and white for the strips and variegated pink, white, and mint green for all the borders on each strip. Granddaughter #5 will love it for one of her Christmas gifts!
that sounds REALLY pretty!

Also my first crochet along blanket. And I'm making two of them as Christmas presents. Thanks for the early update. It's been fun.
Hi Connie, we're so happy to know you've been enjoying the project!
Hi Susan! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the project with us!
Loved this CAL!!! I used a chunky yarn and a decrotive join method. Sooo beautiful
Wonderful! Thank you so much for joining us this year April 😁🧶
OMG! Love the intro.
Thank you Susy 😊
I’m so excited this was released early!! I’m having surgery on Friday so I would have had to wait to do the final strip! This has been my favorite calendar blanket yet!! 💕💕💕💕
Hi Matilda, I hope by the time you read this, your surgery is over and you are happily in recovery 💗
Hi Katie! We're so happy to know you enjoyed the project along with us! Merry Christmas to you and your family too😊🎄
I loved waiting every first Friday of each month for the patterns, I’ve learnt so much and this is my first full sided blanket I’ll complete, I’ve done baby blankets, but this is a full one made for me and I’m so please with how it’s come out, thank you so much! Also your personality really kept me motivated on this project etc. thank you so much xxx
Hi! We're so happy to hear that ❤ Thank you so much for watching!
Yayyyy!!! I'm so excited to finish up my blankets!!! This has been so fun!! 🥰🥰
We're so happy to know you're enjoying the project Christie!
I was waiting for the video to come out this Friday, but here it is, a couple of days early...Love it! 💙I can’t wait to finish my blanket,
I just have to choose my last two colours! Thanks Jayda for a fun year! 🎉😊🎉
You are so welcome Lorri!
Hi Leigh! We're so happy to know you enjoyed our 2021 Calendar Blanket! 😊 Happy Holidays to you too!
So lovely to see all 12
What a quick year! 😉
Just finished my calendar afghan. Wish I could figure out how to send pictures, as I colored it for each month. Thank you for all the different MAM patterns.
Hi Beverly! Wonderful! You can share photos with us on Etsy and Pinterest (it's private and we're at Jayda InStitches in both locations!)
Ah this look like so much fun to make! I've only just found this.. You.. 😊 I'm looking into changing jobs but hopefully in the new year I can pick this up!! Love the colours.. 😍💜❤️💚🧡💛
Hi Maryanne! Thank you for watching 😊
Thanks to both of you.
I will definitely be making this soon.. I love your videos!!
Thank you for watching Renee 😊
I think this would look awesome if you make the middle of the the strip the color of the birthstone color for each month and edge in a neutral color
Hi Carol, several folks have made their blankets like that this year, they look beautiful!
I love it ! Beautiful! Thank you! Favorite strip--November Fastest (?)
November! Awesome! 😊
November and December was my fastest. December was faster than November to me. I was familiar with both stitches so I moved along very quickly. Now I’m trying to decide which border to use. Thanks Jaydah.
Hi Selyna! I feel like December was the fastest for me too 😁
Can’t wait for the border video I love this blanket can’t wait to do another calendar blanket with u next year.
Hi Kate! Thank you for watching 😊
@@JaydaInStitches your welcome I love your videos and I have learned a lot from u
It seems like we just started this and now we're finishing it up. It's been great fun. Now I have to decide what color to do the border in..hmmm..white? red? green? Yes, mine is in Christmas colors. It's been so fun! Thank you for putting this together for us. Can't wait for the next one!
What a great idea! I should have thought to do that!
Thank you for making it along with us, Debie 😊
