@@maxineb9122 @maxineb9122 Hello there. I'm sorry to hear you have alopecia areata. Since it's directly related to your immune system attacking your hair follicles, I would say please go to your doctor to begin with to see the underlying conditions. This part needs to be addressed fore and foremost before any other thing is done. When thats address and I wpuld assume you would be advice about diet etc., topical intervention can be made. Have you heard of batana (ojon). It's a oil that is clinically proven to help in follicle regeneration. It's also natural.
But before all these please visit your doctor if you haven't 🙏

I’ve always had a nice length of hair and have purposely had it cut in short styles but it wasn’t until I got Covid and my hair fell out i was traumatized. My hair is still short but has really grown from clean shaven on sides and back i can now grab my hair in the palms of my hands. At first I started out getting it straightened and curled but now i’m happy to say that embracing my natural hair. I’m sure I will want to straighten it out from time to time but I’ve made up my mind that will be special occasions. It’s been so inspiring to hear stories like yours and i’m proud to be apart of the natural hair community

Hi. Sure. I use black soap shampoo on my scalp periodically. I use only organic oils (grapeseed, olive, avacado etc.) , I use my own leave in and sealing butter. For my treatments I change them all the time depending on what my hair wants so it may be Ayurvedic powders- henna(neutral) , Amla, shakakai, coffee rose powder ......., and if when I want moisture for example I make honey the dominant part of the treatment I make. N I always massage with the mentioned oils and essential oils. I'll share a future video of the products I use and also how I use them exactly. (copied and pasted comment of my reply to someone else).

      Hi there
I use them topically on my hair. I don't consume them. I added a list of some of them in my comments to a few persons but I'll also be having a future videos of the things I use to grow out my hair. I hope this helps and if you did not see that cmemr I can copy and share it with you. Again though, I only use them on my hair.

@@herbavedicswithannessamunr2928 thanks for the list, and yes topical application is still absorbed into the bloodstream. Not as much, but enough for me to be very cautious on what I apply to my scalp.

@@allthings7154 you're welcome! And it's true that cells on our skin does absorb chemicals that can enter our blood stream.
