Always enjoy your videos. Thank you for the tips. I’m 4c and only wear my hair natural all the time. No weaves or wigs. I love to see another sista happy to wear her hair. We need more of this.
I've noticed a healthy change in my hair after adopting my routine and maintaining that routine for over a year. A routine has actually added to the fun of trying different products.
These are great tips, and they work wonderfully. My hair is type 4 and medium in every way; density, strand thickness, and porosity. It's also healthy and it's all because of simple hair care. I just shampoo, condition, and style about every 5-7 days. The number of days depends on how long my hair stays moisturized.
Never letting your hair dry out is clutch for low porosity👏. I’m the clown who thought I was 4C but just had dry 4a hair lol When my hair fully dries out it takes weeks to reverse and even feels dry and undefined while wet (sort of like protein overload). When my hair is moisturized it’s persistently coily even without gel and so much easier to care for.
I agree with you 💯 on all you stated! I especially love that you included to incorporate low manipulative styles that hold for awhile . I need to be better with that BIG TIME! Thank you for jolting an attainable goal with your jewels of wisdom!
Cleanse. Condition. Coat. Your hair is so healthy and your makeup looks natural and beautiful. If you color your hair next month I’d be interested in seeing if you do it yourself or go to a salon.
I love your hair, but I have to disagree with you that product doesn't matter. There are some products that break your hair pattern down and curl your hair better than others. Also when it comes to moisture some products are better than others. No matter what your technique is. I'm just speaking for myself. Happy Holidays!
Awesome tips! Just about everything you stated in this video is also what I do to my hair. I barely where protective styles. Love wearing my natural hair! I started using Camille Rose products from watching the review you did. Love her products especially her growth serum. My hair has been growing since using the serum. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Wow, I don't know how I've been watching natural hair videos for years and I've never seen your videos until today. Well you have a new subbie, and I will follow your techniques. Thank you so much for the tips
You said something that for the longest had me thinking that I was doing something wrong and that is that you use to moisturize your hair everyday but now you don't have to. For the longest I was told that moisturizing my hair everyday was doing to much but I had to build up the moisture in my hair from years of neglect now I can go 2 days without moisturizing.
@@andie9762 of course but do we blame them? I only blame those who promote an unhealthy appetite for these humongous products with a hidden streak of selfishness which is often displayed while showing off the products 😂😂😂
Great info! I have to admit I have tangles and I feel it’s because I didn’t do anything to my hair but kept it in a puff for 3 weeks smh 🤦🏾♀️ I will not do that again. I may need a trim also. Tfs 💕
I need to wear my real hair but I don't want to cause to much friction by touching it an my hair gets dry easily breakage some parts of my hair is shorter than the rest an 2 yrs ago I had a bald spot
I’ve learned that consistency/routine does help my hair flourish. I need to look into those lol socks… pineappling does not work for me after day three
I been enjoying your videos but how do you moisturize your hair. I always get confused when people say moisturize and I know it’s stupid to ask but what exactly do you do?
Not stupid at all. Any of my videos where I share a week or month in my hair will show specific styles, but I will direct you to this one: th-cam.com/video/LHMSCbGe2v4/w-d-xo.html
Never letting your hair dry out is key !!! 💯🙏🏾👍🏾
It’s so simple, yet so clutch

Same here. I’m 61 and have always worn my own hair.

My salt and pepper natural hair is thriving because of everything you stated. I love seeing our growth☺️ Tfs💜

It’s amazing how well simple works
Not the keys to the streets 😭😂😂‼️ I definitely agree that not allowing hair to dry out keeps our length and sanity
Sanity for sure

Thank you for this video, as I get regular trims by a professional every three months, but im at a plato with my hair length for like three years now

I'm glad you didn't listen to others and instead did what works for your hair
Locsoc is so clutch. I’ve been using it for years. Bought the buff and use it to keep my neck warm when I’m on my bike.
There is definitely no turning back once u start using the locsoc
