Good technique to do a spiral. Instead of spiral. We can do a revolve surface, thicken, extrude small hole, and do curve driven pattern.

This works great for one small feature. Let's say I want to create 22 squiggles. How can I pattern these squiggles. The issue I am running into is when extruding then circular patterning is that the sketch surface resets each pattern if that makes sense. Causing some misalignment.

How is your part shiny? Mine is just dull grey

Their is an display option called ' Real View' which gives a shiny and realistic apperance to the 3d model. But this is not working in all systems only Quadro processors supports this. And, if you still want to activate in your PC then their are some registery fixes which can give you the same result by decreasing the performance
You can search on TH-cam how to activate Real view in Solidworks on low specs PC
